美味しい日本酒沢山あるし、メニューの表示がとても分かりやすくて、好みのお酒を選ぶことができます。 お料理は種類は多くないですがどれも美味しいです。和風なものから、創作系のものまで。モツァレラチーズと柿のサラダ仕立て、とても美味しかったです。 そしてなんといっても若女将がナイスキャラです!一人で飲みに行っても楽しく飲めそうです。 冬場はスキー客で混むそうなので、また時期を見て行こうと思います!

食事はとても美味しかったです。何を注文しても、食材全てが上質で、そして食材本来の味が生かされるよう工夫されている料理だと感じました。また、一品一品は丁寧に作られていて、次の品物が提供されるまでワクワクしていました。芽キャベツの素揚げ、里芋の素揚げ、お刺身、タコの揚げ物、お通し、などなど注文しましたが、全て美味しかったです。 しかし、対応が大変残念でした。 まず、お酒は1人2杯以上注文する必要がある制約があったものの、その制約について一言も言われず、最後の伝票に「制約を守れず!10%チャージ料金」と書かれていました。メニューに書かれていたようなので、仕方ないとは思いましたが、一言おっしゃっていただければたくさんお酒を注文したので、大変残念なコミュニケーションミスが生じたように感じます。 また、わたしたちに頼んで欲しかった量が実際注文した量より少なかったから、注文した中の1品に関して、2人前分で注文したものが勝手に5人前分にされてしまっていて、ぼったくりは流石に酷いかと感じました。嘘でもよかったので、もっと注文していただきたかったのであれば最初に、5人前分からの注文になります、とおっしゃっていただければ、ぼったくりよりはマシかと感じました。 そして、最後に1人2オーダー制について知らなかったので、そのことについてお伺いした際、店員さんが怒り、伝票を手から強引に引っ張って、最終的には「めんどくさいんで良いです」と仰って合計額を変更されていました。このような対応だったので当然かもしれませんが、最後にはありがとうございました、などもありませんでした。 他のレビューを読む限りスタッフはとても優しく、雰囲気の良いお店のようなので、コロナ感染者数がまた増えて、マンボウも適応されているので、大変な状況下の中で飲食店の苦労があり、その苦労に対して無知だったのもいけなかったと反省していますが、私は飲食店の苦労を全て知る人間ではないので、私たちも歩み寄れるコミュニケーションスタイルを取っていただけたらよかったかと思いました。もしかしたらコロナ関係なく失礼な客だと思われたのかもしれないのですが、信じられない対応を取るお店は折角の美味しい食べ物がくすんでしまって残念でした。 何にせよ、このご時世の飲食店の苦労についてもう少し理解できたと思うので、この先は気をつけようと思います。
