夏はかき氷も食べられます。味は越後姫、黒蜜きなこ、抹茶の3種類。想像を超える大きさでしたが、3人で美味しくいただきました♪
暑い日は冷房が強めに効いているので、かき氷や冷たい飲み物で寒くなってきたら、遠慮せず店員さんに言いましょう。にこやかに応対してくれますよ(^ ^)
キッズスペースもあるので子連れにも嬉しい☆
A mustard made with rice flour is a specialty.
You can also eat shaved ice in summer. There are three flavors of Echigo-hime, black honey flour and Matcha. The size was beyond imagination, but it was delicious with three people ♪
The air conditioning works strongly on hot days, so if you get cold with shaved ice or cold drinks, don't hesitate to tell the staff. I will respond to you smiling (^ ^)
There is also a kids' space so I'm also happy with my children ☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米どころ新潟ならではの米粉入りクッキーや、さかすけのレアチーズケーキなどがお勧め。インバウンドが復活した暁には、グルテンフリー需要も高まりそうなので、日本の誇るお米を活かしたスイーツに期待しています。（最終的には、国内はもちろん、海外での新潟ファンが増えれば・・・！）
We recommend cookies with rice flour, which is unique to Niigata, and rare cheese cakes made from Sakasuke. When the inbound revival, gluten-free demand is likely to increase, so I'm looking forward to sweets that make use of Japan's proud rice. (Ultimately, if the number of Niigata fans in Japan and overseas increases ...!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しゅねばるソフトシナモンチョコをシナモン抜きで頼みました。
しゅねばるがよくわからなかったのですが、ドイツ発祥をアレンジしたお菓子のようで、それを砕いて入れているミルクソフトでした。 ミルクソフトは爽やかだけど甘くて美味しかったです。
チョコ?が濃厚で最高！！！
期間限定でル・レクチェのソースがあります。
しゅねばるがザクザクで硬いクッキーみたいで美味しかったのですが、最初食感のことかと思っていたので（グミがぱちぱち！みたいな）もう少し詳しい説明があればいいかなと思いました。
I ordered Shunebaru soft cinnamon chocolate without cinnamon.
I didn't really understand Shunebaru, but it seemed to be a sweet that originated in Germany, and it was a milk soft that was crushed and put in. The milk soft was refreshing but sweet and delicious.
Chocolate ? is rich and the best! !! !!
There is a Le Lectier sauce for a limited time.
It was delicious like a crunchy and hard cookie, but at first I thought it was the texture, so I thought it would be nice to have a little more detailed explanation (like gummy candies!).

ゆきたま しゅねばるは美味しかったです。味のバリエーションが沢山あるので迷ってしまいました。コーヒーの味は、可もなく不可もなし。
新幹線の出発時間までのんびり過ごすことができました。

Yukitama Shunebaru was delicious. I was at a loss because there are many variations in taste. The taste of coffee is neither good nor bad.
I was able to spend a leisurely time until the departure time of the Shinkansen.
