★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六厘舎が好きでその味をイメージしてつけ麺を頼んだんだけど、それより味が薄くて少し酸味が強い感じ。食べやすくて好きって人もいるかもしれないが、自分には余り合わなかった。
 I liked Rokurinsha and ordered Tsukemen with the image of its taste, but the taste was lighter and the taste was a little stronger. Some people may like it because it's easy to eat, but it didn't suit me very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤羽店の味しか知りませんで、とても美味しかったので本八幡店を見つけ来店２回目です。
やっぱり１回目に感じた、こんな感じだったっけ…？は拭えませんでした。
チャーシューは薄くてパサパサ、麺は熱盛りにしましたが中盤から乾きボソボソ。歯ごたえもなし。
店舗によって違うんですね。だったら200円追加して長男のつけ麺行きます。
金額割に量が多いのはグッド。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ベースの中華そば大盛りを注文しました。鶏出汁の旨味が先に来て、澄んだスープが好印象でした。一口すすると、後から動物系の旨味も追ってきます。特に、テーブルに置かれたポットにスープ割があり、残ったスープに足すと、旨味の構成が見えてきました。落ち着いて美味しいと思いました。
2022.03 再訪 相変わらず良いお味です。テーブルの山椒をたっぷり振りかけるのも素晴らしい！ 唇がヒリヒリしながら四川の味を手頃に楽しめるのはここだけではないでしょうか。

人気店六厘舎系列のお店で、フードコートなどに入っている印象があります。
つけ汁は魚介系がメインで豚と鶏の風味もする感じでちょっと甘みととろみがあり、中太の麺とよく絡みます。
六厘舎よりはあっさりですが、それでも十分濃厚だと思います。

It's a restaurant affiliated with the popular Rokurinsha, and I get the impression that it's in a food court.
The soup is mainly fish and shellfish, and has a slightly sweet and thick flavor with pork and chicken flavors, and is often entwined with medium-thick noodles.
It's lighter than Rokurinsha, but I think it's still rich enough.

相変わらずネギが太くて主張が激しい
ネギの根っこギリギリがいた。運が悪いのかな？
麺は小麦香り美味しい
スープもいわゆるつけ麺で美味いがまぁ普通。
肉はパサパサ。
店は清潔で入りやすい
三味線音楽が個人的に合わないが仕方ない。
スープ割りのポットがなかったのは残念
それだけで店員呼ぶのもめんどいので、スープは割らずに退店
とりあえず駅近つけ麺で味にはこだわらないって人には良い

シャポー本八幡の中に入っているつけ麺のお店です。もちろん普通のラーメンもあります。鈴舎はかなり濃厚なスープが特徴ですが、こちらはマイルドな味わいのスープで、ガツンと魚介風味を求めていたので若干違和感を感じました。
朝ラーメンもやっているようなので、お近くの方は朝行かれるのも良いかもしれません。
