煮干し中華が推しのようです。 店の佇まいやお店の方のご年齢から昔ながらの中華そばを予想していましたが、出てきたのは強力な煮干し風味、固めの中太ストレート麺、低温調理のチャーシュー等々、完全に今風の煮干しラーメンでした。ショッツルをつかった出汁は癖になるかもしれません。 この手の煮干系は塩分が強い店が多いのですが、ここも塩味が相当強いです。スープを飲み干すのは無理(笑)次回は塩味抑え目でお願いしましょう。お代は先払いでした。

以前から注目していて初めての訪問です。 煮干はしょっぱいとの話があったので、今回は特製豚骨醤油(小)を注文しました。着どんして見た最初の印象は、チャーシューが違う?ということでした。豚バラ肉を5mm厚位に切った様な印象です。ちょっと残念。 麺は中太ストレートで硬め。スープの濃さは普通、際立った特徴はないが、普通に美味でした。次回は煮干かガツもりをトライしてみます。

看板商品の煮干し中華そばを頂きました。もっと煮干しが全面に出てるものかと思ってましたが、違和感のない程度の煮干し感で食べやすかったです。チャーシューは柔らかく他の具もマッチしており、素晴らしいラーメンだと思います。賄い丼のエッグチャーシュー丼はトロトロのスクランブルエッグが美味しく、ボリュームもありました。(普通の賄い飯の倍はあります) おすすめ出来るラーメン屋さんです。

Best ramen in Motoyawata station area. They recommend us try dried sardines based ramen first and taste was great. Even for older generation, it’s not that heavy as Tonkotsu ramen. Cost is around 1000JPY. Personally like a little law pork on it.
