ラーメンはもちろん美味い!スタッフも落ち着いている。夜でも外で待っている人がいるくらい人気が有る。 丼の最後にたたずむスープはレンゲ3杯でなくなるのでスープ好きには貴重。ストレート中太面にやや粉っぽさが残るので改善の余地ありかな。丁寧差を感じる調った味と、店員さんの誠実さがいい感じです。
Ramen is delicious, of course! The staff is also calm. It is so popular that there are people waiting outside even at night. The soup that you can enjoy at the end of the bowl is not more than 3 tablespoons, so it's valuable for soup lovers. There's room for improvement, since the powder is left on the straight mid-sized surface. I feel the difference in politeness and the honesty of the staff.

んー美味しいは美味しいけど、、なんか中途半端というか物足りない味してる。優しい味がして結構スルスル食べれるけど途中で飽きそう。 チャーシューはおせちに入ってるハムみたいな味がしてあまり好きじゃない。 系統的には近くのもんたいちおに近い感じの味だけどいかんせんインパクトには欠ける。

2回目。 久しぶりに魚介系食べたので美味しかった。こんなに女性も1人で来るなんてビックリした。 僕はラーメン。友人はつけ麺だったが、出てくるタイミングが違いすぎた。 プロならその辺は上手く調整してほしいかなと。

丁寧に作られたラーメン。 もう少し味がはっきりしていた方が好みでしたが、具材などにもこだわりを感じました。

まろやか煮干し! つけ麺気分で入店しましたが、券売機には初めての方はラーメンと書いてあったので特製を注文。 150gで足りるかな?と思いながら、最初は物足りなさを感じましたが、食べるうちにスープにハマり飲んでたらお腹いっぱいに。 お腹減って入店する人は+αで何か食べるとちょうど良いかと。

前々から気になっていたので今回お邪魔してみることに。 店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でカウンター席数席で割と狭め。 外の自販機の二郎っぽいやつが食べたがったが店内は魚介系のラーメンのみ。 特製らーめんとチャーシュー丼を注文。 ラーメンは魚介が強く濃厚ではあったがイマイチインパクトに欠けててメリハリが感じない。 万人受けする丁寧に作られた上品な味かな? 麺も割とすきなタイプで低温調理の柔らかいチャーシューも好みは別れるだろうが美味しかった。 もう少し味が染みてたら良かったかな? 煮卵も美味しくて総合的にはとても美味しいラーメンだったのだが残念なことに他の方も言っているがスープがとても温かった。 レンゲですくったとこだけかなと思って底からすくってみたがやはり温かった。 結果、麺もほぐれてなくて団子になっていて、そのままズルズル食べていける温度でした。 味的には上手く纏まってて美味しかっただけにとても残念。 ラーメンは熱々をフーフー言いながら食べたいものです。 提供前に丼を湯煎して温めとかひと工夫をしたら通いたくなる味だったかな。 コロナ禍のせいか、オペ的に一人で切り盛りしてるようなので着席したお客数人分を纏めて作っているせいも有るのだろうと思いますが。 チャーシュー丼もシンプルな薄味で若干物足りなかったが柔らかいチャーシューがゴロゴロ入りとても美味しかったです。 熱々のラーメンさえ食べられたらまた行きたいと思えるお店でした。

I thought it was just a scoop with a lotus, so I scooped it from the bottom, but it was still warm. As a result, the noodles were not loosened and became dumplings, and it was a temperature that I could eat as it was. It's a shame because it tasted good and was delicious. Ramen is something you want to eat while saying hot. I think it was a taste that would make you want to go if you boiled the bowl in hot water before serving it and warmed it up. Perhaps because of the corona sickness, it seems that it is operated by one person, so I think that it may be because it is made by collecting several seated customers. The char siu bowl was also simple and light and a little unsatisfactory, but the soft char siu was very delicious with rumbling. It was a shop that I would like to go to again if I could eat even hot ramen.

Not bad ramen stall. Man by 1 person or sometime by another extra assistant. Have to go early to avoid queue. Overall, I give a 4.5 star. Soup and noodles are okay. Weekend only open till 3pm. Week day only lunch and than break for dinner. Very traditional ramen place. No English subtitle. Try the basic 750 yen ramen for authentic taste. Just 1 meat and ramen.
