T	T asky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暗黒スープを試したくて醤油濃いめをオーダー。黒い。ただただ黒い。麺の色まで染まっている。味は煮干しか魚粉で出汁を取られており旨味が強い。蕎麦でもうどんでも暗黒スープは色ほど塩っぱくないことが多い中ここはしっかり塩っぱかった。スープ飲み干しは諦めた。癖になる味で好きでした。 I ordered a thick soy sauce because I wanted to try the dark soup. black. k	ko ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 券売機などはなく、店内注文&食後に会計の形式のお店。"濃厚味噌すぺしゃるらーめん"を頂きました。濃厚…とのことですが、しょっぱ過ぎると言うようなこともなく美味しかったです。特に印象に残ったのは炭火の香りが漂うとろとろの美味しいチャーシューですね。味玉も私好みの半熟具合で嬉しい…。ライスを頼んで、そこにチャーシューと味玉を乗せて一緒に楽しみました。他のラーメンも食べてみたいものが幾つかあったので、また利用したいと思います。店内は薄暗く、ちょっと狭い感じの印象。カウンター席＋畳席。狭い畳のスペースににちゃぶ台が置いてある席は、見た感じはこじんまりしていてちょっと面白かったですが、靴の脱ぎ履きが面倒なので私はカウンター席に座りました。カウンターテーブル&ちゃぶ台の上にコップとやかんがおいてあり、セルフで注ぐ形。水ではなくて麦茶？でした。やかんの中身いっぱいに入っていて、重たい&注ぐとき溢れてしまいそうでちょっと大変でした? 山	山中山崎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事休憩で利用したラーメン屋さんです。本八幡駅から5分ぐらい歩いた所にある路面店で、遅くまで営業されています。味噌ラーメンに特化したお店ですが、こちらの味噌ラーメンは魚介テイストの味噌ラーメン。そういえばあまり食べたことないなと思い、気になって利用してみましたが、結論からいうと普通の味噌ラーメンが好きだなと。濃厚味噌ラーメンを注文しましたが、チャーシューはトロトロで確かに美味しいです。脂身が甘くて味噌との相性もいいです。が、スープ自体が魚介の甘さが強すぎる為か味噌の良さが少ない一杯だったなと。ボリュームはちょうど良く、値段も文句無しです。味が惜しいなぁと感じてしまったのが残念。店内はカウンター席以外に座敷席があり、居心地はそれなりに良かったのでそこはかなり高評価です。 It is a ramen shop that I used for my work break.
