J	J-BOY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウリナム食堂の醤油ラーメン、塩ラーメン、美味しかったです。醤油ラーメンのスープは、豚骨に鰹を感じる繊細なスープで、薄口醤油のため、塩味にも感じるまろやかで香りの高い上品な味わいです。塩ラーメンの塩は、ヒマラヤ産のピンク岩塩を使っており、まろやかさを感じる優しいスープです。ここの背脂は他のお店とは違ってプチプチ感が最高で、スープの塩気とバッチリ合います。麺は朝日屋さんの縮れの強いやや細めの中太麺で、朝日屋さん特有のツルツル感とモチモチ感が最高です。チャーシューはやや噛みごたえを残し、味付けもスープの味を引き立てています。小さめのどんぶりにも店主もこだわりが感じられます。駐車場はお店の西側を１０m位行ったところにあります。お店の人も親切で、メニューの説明を丁寧に優しくしていただけます。ウリ飯の量も丁度良く、ラーメンに合います。おすすめです。 The soy sauce ramen and salt ramen from Urinamu Shokudo were delicious. The noodles are medium-thick noodles that are slightly thin and have a strong curl of Asahiya, and the smoothness and chewyness peculiar to Asahiya are the best. The char siu is slightly chewy and the seasoning enhances the taste of the soup. The owner can feel the commitment to the small bowl. The parking lot is about 10m on the west side of the shop. The shop staff is also kind and you can explain the menu carefully and kindly. The amount of uri rice is just right, and it goes well with ramen. it's recommended.

0	0820 R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ７時から朝ラーメン提供のお店。朝から背脂の塩ラーメンが食べられると言う事で、初訪。お店は大きくなく喫茶店といった佇まいですが、店内はコロナ対策もしっかりされており安心出来ます。目的の背脂ののった「ノムノムこってり塩ラーメン」を注文。 10分程で着丼。まずはスープを一口、思ったよりもやや塩気が足りない印象。麺は喜多方スタンダードといった中太縮れ麺ですが「やわ麺」では無くモチっとしていて、しっかり歯応えがあります。背脂はカタチが残る粒状プチプチで、早朝からでも体が受け入れてくれる美味さ。チャーシューは絶妙なトロけ具合。自家製らしく、とても美味しく出来てますね。このチャーシュー、しっかり旨味が入った味付けなので崩してスープと絡めてみたら絶妙でした。胡椒は、粗挽きブラックと白胡椒の二種類提供でしたので、黒胡椒をプラス。量は大人にはやや少な目でスルスル完食、スープも飲み干し。味の濃さはスープだけを飲むには丁度良いのですが、麺と絡むとなるともう少し濃い目を希望（アジコイメ出来るのかな？）朝から美味しいラーメンでした。ごちそうさまでした。 A shop that offers ramen in the morning from 7 o'clock.
