また、きんし重は、錦糸玉子、鰻、米全てがふんわりとしているため、食感が統一されていて素晴らしい。

肝が苦手なのですが、快く変更してもらえました。
だし巻きもおいしかった。

江戸風なので、好きなやつです。
待ってる間に、骨せんべいを頂きました。
肝心のうな重は美味しかったです。個人的には、もう少しご飯固めでも良いのでは・・・
