★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 深夜に家探しアプリで気になった物件があり問い合わせ、翌営業してスグくらいにメールをいただきました。即日お店でご相談し、ネット上に載っていない物件を教えていただきました。予想以上に理想の物件だったので、そのまま契約させてもらい、縁ってあるなぁと感動したところです◉
担当さんだけでなく、ほかの社員さんも一緒に考えて問い合わせ下さったのがとても嬉しかったです。
お店の方みなさんに尽力していただいたので、良い家だと期待してます。

 At midnight, I made an inquiry about a property that I was interested in using the house search app, and after the next business, I received an email from Sugu. I consulted at the store on the same day and told me about properties that are not listed on the internet. It was an ideal property more than I expected, so I just signed the contract and was impressed that it was related ◉
I was very happy that not only the person in charge but also other employees thought about it and made inquiries.
I'm hoping that it's a good house because all the shop staff have made an effort.

家賃の記載ミスかと思われそうな物件だったが気になって問い合わせしたところ返答はなく、無言で掲載内容を修正。いい加減ですね。
その旨を問い合わせした人に返答するのが常識では？
物件を探してましたが、他のお店で探すことにしました。
こういうところは何かミスがあっても連絡して来なさそうなどの不信感しか無い。

It was a property that seemed to be a mistake in the rent description, but when I inquired about it, there was no response and the content was corrected silently. It's sloppy.
Is it common sense to reply to the person who inquired to that effect?
I was looking for a property, but decided to look for it in another store.
There is only distrust in such places, such as not being able to contact me even if I make a mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件について相談をしたが、後日連絡すると言われたが一向に連絡が来ない。もらった資料を家で見返すと告知事項がある物件を渡されていた。渡された際になにも説明は無かった。家を借りるという大きな選択をする際に、このような不誠実な対応をされると、今後の契約にも支障が起きてしまいそうなので他の不動産を利用することにした。

When I looked back at the materials I received at home, I was given a property with notices. There was no explanation when it was handed over. When making a big choice to rent a house, I decided to use another real estate because such dishonest treatment would hinder future contracts.
