ただはじめての引っ越しで不安や心配事が多く、また先に内見ができなかったこともあり、初期不良などの色々とお問い合わせをしましたところ、その後、こ担当いただきました管理部門の方に最後には「何をそんなに気にしているのかわからない」と言われてしまいました。
大変悲しい気持ちになり、

次の日、担当してくださっていた遠藤さんからキャンセルがはいった連絡を1番にいただき、すぐ申し込みました。
家族3人で、都会の真ん中で、大喜びしました。
それから遠藤さんの大ファンです。
冷静で的確なアドバイス、そして、どんな質問にも丁寧に答えていただき、本当にありがとうございました。
何店舗かあるハウスメイトさんの中でも、大宮店の遠藤さんに頼んで本当に良かったです。
