メールフォームで送っても電話をくださらないときがあり、電話した方が確実です。
電話もすごく丁寧にお話ししてくださるうえ、クリニック自体がいつも忙しそうなので電話も根気強くかけたほうがいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3回ほど行ったが全く効果出ず。無駄遣いでした。照射漏れもあるのかもしれませんが。家庭用脱毛機の方が効果あるぐらいです。
I went there about 3 times, but it didn't work at all. It was a waste of money. There may be an irradiation leak, though. A household hair removal machine is more effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 終始物腰柔らかく親切丁寧でした。下半身の脱毛をお願いしましたが施術も物凄く丁寧でちょくちょく痛みに関しても心配してくれて安心しながら照射してくれました。凄くきれいに剃れていますねとも言って頂けたり気遣いまで完璧でサクラと思われるかもしれませんが非の打ち所がないくらいでした。またお世話になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンセリングの予約を行なっていたのですが当日になり体温が高く念の為キャンセルしようと電話をかけましたが何回も通話中、通話中でなくても電話に出ることはありませんでした。他の方の口コミにも同じような内容の投稿があり、改善されていないのだなと感じました。利用しません。
I had made a reservation for counseling, but on the day of the call, my body temperature was high and I called to cancel it just in case, but I did not answer the phone even if I was not in a call. Other people's reviews also posted similar content, and I felt that it was not improved. I will not use it.

初めてお伺いして以来ずっと受付、看護師、カウンセラーの方の対応が親切丁寧です。
メールフォームで問い合わせをしても必ず電話連絡をくれますし、電話対応は全ての方がとても丁寧です。
拡大リニューアルしてから伺った時に、ん？というカウンセラーさんの対応があり、少し残念でした。
先生と追加についての診察が終わって待っていた時間の出来事です。
医師と患者が同意して行うと決めた施術（ボトックスの追加）に関して、カウンセラーさんが「本当にいいんですか？顔が変わってしまうかもしれませんよ？」って、何度も念押しするので「どういう意味ですか？先生と決めたんですけど」と返答しました。
理由が言えないような、顔が変わってしまう施術なら、なぜこのクリニックでやってるのでしょうか。
医師と患者で決めたことを覆そうとする理由を伺いたかったですが、これを説明して問いただすのも面倒でやめましたが（笑）
カウンセラーとしては良くない対応だと思っています。
この時の追加ボトックスはとても良かったですし先生もいつも優しく対応されます。
終わった後もいつものように、看護師さん受付の方々は丁寧な対応でした。

I think this is not a good response for a counselor.
The additional Botox at this time was very good and the teacher is always kind to me.
As usual, the nurse receptionists were polite after the event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肌治療で1年ほどお世話になっています。カウンセラーさんも看護師さんもとても丁寧で親切な対応なので安心して施術を受けられています。
医師の診察については副作用や注意事項の説明のみで実際にマスクを取って肌状態を見たり…ということはありません。フラクショナルを5回受け、診察があると言われ受けたのですが多少話を聞いて終わりという形でした。(副作用のトラブルなどがなかったからかもしれませんが）
その点以外では価格もお安く、対応も良いのでとてもお勧めできるクリニックです。
脱毛は最近とても人気なようで、予約が2か月後くらいでした。脇脱毛でも通わせていただいてるのですが施術はすぐ終わるし、効果を感じられてるのでやって本当に良かったです。都度払いのところもありがたいです。

Other than that, the price is cheap and the correspondence is good, so it is a highly recommended clinic.
Hair removal seems to be very popular these days, and I made a reservation about two months later. I've been able to go through armpit hair removal, but the treatment is over soon and I'm really glad I did it because I can feel the effect. I am grateful for the pay-as-you-go.

エレクトロポレーションで薬剤を導入するとき冷たいの温かいので施術していたと思うのですが、今回は冷たい時しかなくやり方が変わってて何の薬剤のせてるかもわからず少し不安になりました。
冬なので冷たくてつらかったです。

正直、このクリニックは効果がないとかそういうのはくだらないと思います。何故なら、機械はどこも同じだからです。その中でも強い機械、弱い機械などがありますし、そちらも詳しい説明がありました。
とても安価で、少し剃り残しがあっても剃って下さり、少量だった為かプラス料金は掛かりませんでした。
剃り残しのプラス料金がかかるクリニックはほとんどがすごく厳しくて、部位によりほんの少しでも2.300円多く取られるので、柔軟な対応に感動しました。
ジェルを塗るのも丁寧、受付さんも先生も施術の看護師さんもみんないい対応でした、ありがとうございます。
ただ予約は取りにくいので、先の予約になってしまう事は頭に入れて、早めに予約した方がいいと思います。
