★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 転居先を探すために利用しました。Webで希望物件を決めてから訪問したため手続きはスムースで、特に不満が出ることもありませんでした。ただ、取扱い対象の物件が多いわけではないので、希望の物件が決まっていない場合は何ヶ所か仲介業者を回った方がいいかもしれません。
また、他人宛の請求書が自分に送られてくるなど、個人情報の管理が甘く、その点は改善する必要があると感じました。

翌日、問合わせの電話をすると「大家に確認しておく」だの「今は時間がない」だのはぐらかされました。
騙された気分になり、１時間後に改めてキャンセルの電話をすると慌てて「もうキャンセルできない」「ここがダメなら他の物件を紹介する」と言われた後、店長に電話を替わりました、
店長からは「納得いかないならばその費用は払わなくても良いと大家が言っている」と言われました。
しかし「まだ昨日したばかりの仮契約なのでキャンセルできるはず。もう信用できないのでキャンセルしたい。他の物件の紹介もしなくて良い」と伝えてキャンセルし、お金を返してもらいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きくちって奴がマジで最悪。大家さんに確認して欲しいことがあって聞いても『多分無理っすよ』とか多分〇〇で一切聞こうとしない。物件内容でわからないことがあって聞いても、専門の方に聞いてください、自分そこまで詳しくないんでわかんないっすね。お前何しにきたんだよ。自分の条件に合う物件を今日中に探してメールで送っておきます。と言っておきながら次の日になっても一切応答なし。その日の午後には駅集合で物件見に行く約束取り付けてるのにですよ？非常識のクズやろうでした。以前担当してくださった飯田さんという方が客思いのとても丁寧に教えてくださる感じの良い方だったので、その方に迷惑をかけたくなく、我慢しているつもりでしたが、無理ですね。他にもここに書ききれないような屑エピソードてんこ盛りの菊池という奴がいます。そいつが担当になった際は担当の変更をお願いしましょう。
