吉	吉野正啓 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客の雰囲気や感じはとても良かったが仕事が雑だし責任感がない印象を受けました。早く話を進めたい気持ちもわかるが、急ぎじゃないのに急かされて連絡すると言っておきながら連絡が遅かったりで準備する物も予定の日に間に合わず結局足りない物は速達で送る羽目に…挙句説明不足で記入ミスがありまさかの部屋を借りる日になっても部屋のカギが渡せないと言われ、色々と予定をたてていたのに全て台無しになりカギが無いのにもかかわらず4日分無駄に払わなければならない状況に。お金も時間も損してしまい正直もう借りるのをキャンセルしようかとも思いましたが、物件もなかなか良かったので諦めて借りることにしました。明らかにあちらのミスなのにお金が無駄に取られるのはおかしいと言ったがすみませんでした。と言いながら直すところを説明して書直させようとしてきてかなりイライラしました。4日分と速達のお金くらい返すとかそーゆー配慮が無い事に驚きでした。最後のカギの受け渡しも必要な物など全く言っていなかったので何も持たずに行ったら書かされた紙に印鑑を押すところがあったので、担当は大丈夫といいましたが恐らくまた手間がかかりそうです。不動産を利用するのは今回が初めてだったのですがどこもこんなもんなのでしょうか？とりあえず自分はここには二度と行かないと思います。 The atmosphere and feeling of the customer service was very good, but I got the impression that the work was complicated and there was no sense of responsibility. ひ	ひた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数日前ワンステップハウス大宮西口店で契約をしました。小林という最終説明をするメガネをかけた女性がいるのですがこっちがそんなこと説明されていないと言ったら逆ギレ。生まれて初めて店員に怒声を浴びせられ不快でした。あのような人はいますぐ接客などやめてしまったほうがいいと思いました。新人も嘘ばかりつくしなぜこんな会社が営業できているのか不思議で仕方ありません。契約が決まるまでは親切なふりをされていたのですが契約が決まった途端杜撰な対応ばかり。そのほかにもここに書ききれない様なひどい対応が何度もあったのでワンステップハウスから謝罪がない限り然るべき対応を取らせていただくつもりです。この不動産を利用しようと考えている方は絶対にやめるべきだと思います。なんの得もありません。罵声を浴びせられるだけです。笑 A few days ago I made a contract at the One Step House Omiya Nishiguchi store.
