なかなか決めることができず丸山さん、片倉さんにお時間をいただいてしまいましたが親身になり相談にのってもらえたのが印象的です。
希望の物件に巡り会えるかは運やタイミングもあると思います。正直自分の希望を全て叶える物件なんてものはそうそう巡り会えないと今までの経験で学びました。しかしこちらの希望を全て伝え、それをふまえた上で極力条件に合うものをいろいろ提案してくださり、丁寧な対応をしていただきました。
今まで5回以上引越しをしていろんな不動産屋さんを利用しましたが、前回も今回もハウスコムさんお願いして良かったです。

内覧後、賃貸契約をお願いした。契約時に必要な書類を担当者が保険会社に電話で確認していたが、担当者が「上場してない企業の方の場合は…」と伝えていた。その後、勤め先を記入すると「あ、上場企業でした」と訂正してましたが、私の目の前で話していたので全部聞こえてました。
伺った時間帯、性別、見た目で判断されたんですかね？非常に感じの悪い社員だなと思い、その場はやり過ごしました。
翌日以降に別の不動産会社から同じ物件を契約しました。（笑）
別の不動産会社は、こちらでは省けないと言われた入居に伴う消毒(3万円くらい)を省いていただけ、仲介手数料も少なく(こちらは1ヶ月分)すみました。
人のことを見た目で判断するような店舗ですので、ご来訪の際はお気をつけください。
