大宮駅の西口を出て、すぐのところにあるロータリーをそのまま抜けたところにあります。
ガストの近くですね！
特に予約とかはせず、ふらーっと入りましたが席が空いていたようで4名がけの席に案内してもらいました。
とりあえず食べたいものを注文しようということで、しゃぶしゃぶとおつまみをいくつか注文。
あまり飲む予定ではなかったのて飲み放題をつけなかったのですが、ついつい話が盛り上がってしまい、お酒でお会計の金額が膨らんでしまいました。笑
黒毛和牛のしゃぶしゃぶがなかなか美味しくてお代わりを注文するほどでしたが、他のメニューは特に印象に残りませんでした。(普通に美味しかったです)
居心地はそこそこ良かったのでゆったりと飲み食いができました。
ご馳走様でした。

I didn't plan to drink much, so I didn't allow all-you-can-drink, but the story just caught on, and the amount of bills increased with alcohol. Lol
The Japanese black beef shabu-shabu was so delicious that I ordered a replacement, but the other menus were not particularly impressive. (It was delicious normally)
I was comfortable in the room so I was able to drink and eat comfortably.
It was a treat.

今の時期なのでとても不安になりました。
そして、わたしたちが注文したものに対してタッチパネルを押した直後に文句のようなことを何度も聞こえました。
注文するのが嫌になってきて、３０分残りありましたが帰宅しました。
万以上の支払いをして、この対応はどうなのでしょうか。とにかく関係のない話を調理しながら喋り続けていることに恐怖を感じます。
味はおいしいです。

次からは西川口店か、都内の取扱店に行く。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず入ってすぐに「混んでいて2時間制になっている」と言われて、断ろうかと思ったが、「よろしいですか？」の一言もなく機械的に席に案内される。
忙しいのは分かるが、店員の話し方の雑さも気になった。また、喫煙席だと説明されることもなく、隣の人がタバコを沢山吸いはじめ、気持ち悪くなった。
肝心の肉はしゃぶしゃぶにしては分厚い。客層が、学生さんかな？という人が多く、沢山注文されるとコストがかかるから、分厚くしているのかな？と思ったが、これでは食べづらく、しかも豚肉なのに臭みがあり美味しくない… 野菜の切り方も雑…テーブルは着席時からベトベトしていて、衛生的に不安になる。
浦和店も行ったことがあるが、サービス、料理共に大宮西口店は最悪でした。好きなチェーンだったのでとても残念。もっとしっかり教育してほしい。もういかないです。

The table is sticky from the time of sitting, which makes me hygienic anxiety.
I've been to the Urawa store, but the service and food at the Omiya Nishiguchi store were the worst. It's a shame because it was my favorite chain. I want you to educate more firmly. I can't go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOは19:30と聞いていましたが19:23にはタッチパネルの注文締め切り。
ドリンクの追加をしたかったけど諦めました。
ドリンクはドンッと置くし、お客さんがまだたくさんいるのにお盆を肩に置いた？ような体制でフロアに出てきているし色々と衝撃的でした。
デザートはすぐお届けで注文したのに１０分経っても出てこない。呼び出してまだかと確認したら、そこから作り始める。
そしてそのタイミングで黒蜜がないので出せません、とのこと。
店員はバッシングに出てて誰も注文見ていないのですかね！？
注文して１０分経ってからありません。って言われたのには正直驚きました。
そしてその後届いた代わりのデザートもびっくり。アイスはドロドロでよくこれ出したな！ってレベル。冷たいはずのアイスが温いってどういう温度管理してるんですか？
前はこんなことなかったのにレベル下がったなという印象です。

夏でもクーラーガンガンに効かせた部屋で夏にしゃぶしゃぶするの最高です。男2人で行っても肉出るペースは落ちず。
黒毛和牛も良いですが、チープ？合成牛の旨み牛も美味しいです。
旨み牛としゃきしゃきの朝摘みレタス、とろけるモッツァレラチーズが最高なので食べて欲しい。
あとすきしゃぶにトマトをこれでもか！！！とぶちこんでトマトすきしゃぶにするのも最高でした。トマト好きにオススメ

いくら待っても来ないから再度注文したら後からまとめて大量に運んでくる。
デザートで頼んだアイスに髪の毛が入っていたのでそれを伝えたら謝罪もなく交換して終わり。
チェーン店でも好きなお店でしたがここにはもう絶対行きません。
