登山帰りに利用しました。 おそばは信州そばらしいコシのあるお蕎麦。 なのですが、かけにするとそのコシが薄れてしまうので、冷そばをおすすめします。 因みに今回私達は 天ぷらと冷やそば、 天ぷらとかけそばをオーダー。 天ぷらも美味!とてもキレのよいスッキリした揚げ方をされていて胃もたれ知らずです。 外観も趣きのある建物で味も良い。こりゃ間違いなく常連さんがたくさんいますねきっと。

4月の土曜日に遅い昼食で15時半頃に訪れました。立屋の桜を見学後食事のできる場所を探していて営業中でとても有難かったですね?建物内はこたつのあるお座敷でお茶はセルフで提供となります。天もりそば(1600円)を注文、別におかわりそば一枚(700円)や半分(350円)を注文できますが、普通もりでも量は十分で美味しかったです?田舎造りの建物もいいですね?

そばがきと香りそばを食べました。 そばがきは鏡餅の上段と同じくらいの大きさ、食べてみたらお餅のようにモチモチしていてホカホカ、最初はそのまま、2回目はわさび浸けて、3回目は醤油垂らして食べました。 そのままのが素朴な味わい、わさび浸けたのはより蕎麦の風味が強調されました、醤油垂らしてみたらまるでお餅食べてるような感覚に(^o^)♬ 香りそば、蕎麦には周りにラディッシュが4枚ほど、蕎麦の上には茗荷を刻んだものがふんだんに!? お好みで汁かけて食べてくださいとのこと。 まずは蕎麦のみで、これは二八そばかな?、ゆっくりフワッと蕎麦の香りが。 次に茗荷を添えて蕎麦を、茗荷の存在感半端ない!、美味しいです\(^o^)/♬ 4割くらい残してからお汁を掛けます、女性店員から七味唐辛子を掛けてみて下さいとのことでしたのでやってみたら、わさびよりもマッチしますね、やはり茗荷加わっているからかしら(^o^)? 店員の応対は親切でした、色々食べ方など教えてくれましたし。 雰囲気は外観がまるで合掌造り、中入ると割と広くて座敷席5つにテーブル席ひとつありました。 一瞬見逃しますので、初めて来店なさる方はナビ必須です(笑)
