白	白石勝久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざるそばの思わず大盛と野菜天ざるを頼みました。蕎麦は麺が多少ぼそぼそした感はありますが、つなぎを使ってないのか少ないのか味はめっちゃ美味しかったです。野菜の天ぷらも揚げてで美味しかったです。 I instinctively ordered a large serving of Zaru soba and a vegetable colander. The noodles in the soba noodles seemed a little sloppy, but the taste was really good, whether they didn't use a binder or not. The vegetable tempura was also fried and delicious.

M	Masashi Kurotani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼ご飯に初めて寄りました。白馬へ行ったのも初めてだったので、少し期待して事前に調べて行ってみたんですが、見事に裏切られました！期待の蕎麦は、今までにみたこともないような切り方で、太さも長さもバラバラ。水切りも悪くて最悪。ツユも出汁が全く出てなくて胃を感じなかった。天ぷらはまずまずでした。お米は美味しいかと期待してオニギリを注文したんですが、これも柔ら過ぎてお米の甘味が感じられず、残念でした。評価点はあまり信用しては行けないですね。 I stopped by for lunch for the first time. Expected soba is cut in a way that has never been seen before, and the thickness and length are different. The draining is also bad and the worst. Tuyu didn't have any soup stock and didn't feel the stomach. The tempura was decent. I ordered onigiri with the expectation that the rice would be delicious, but it was too soft and I couldn't feel the sweetness of the rice, which was a shame. You can't really trust the evaluation points.

o	o .y.a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白馬村内では、一番お得感のある、コスパの良いお蕎麦屋さんです。以前より白馬村に来た際には、必ずお伺いしていましたが、コロナ禍でかなり久々にお伺いしました。蕎麦は手打ち感満載の、温かみのあるもので、コシよりは食感を楽しむ感じです。温かい蕎麦ならどうなるのか食べてみたい気もしますが、ざる蕎麦しかオーダーしたことがなく、コメントが出来ません…。ざるソバのボリュームが少し減ったような気はしましたが、相変わらず、ざるソバには野菜の天ぷら盛り合わせをサービスでつけてくれていたのは嬉しかった！漬物もサービスで付いてきますが、これも美味しいですよ！！ In Hakuba Village, it is the most profitable soba restaurant with good cost performance.
