M	Melanie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ski mountain, but don’t rent gear at the base of Iimori. The rental shop inside the lodge at the base had very old gear and was charging high prices for the quality of the gear. Rent from elsewhere in Hakuba if the quality of your gear matters.

A friend and I decided to go only the day before and we were able to call Daniel and make the booking for a introductory lesson with no problems. Our instructor, Aron, was everything I could've hoped for and I now feel confident that the next time I go skiing I'll be knowledgeable and have a great time. I fell in love with skiing after visiting Iimori, and would recommend it to anyone (especially English speakers!!) who is considering going skiing in the area.

J	JS Ding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice over the length of my trip, great selection of beginner to advance runs, plus points for being close to the car park also, unlike some other ski resorts, lessons are great with friendly and experiences instructors as well. Clean and well run lifts.

I really don't have much experience with skiing or snowboarding to compare this resort to, however I've always had a good time here. As a beginner it's great, and everyone is so friendly. On top of that, there are frequent buses here, and there are on-site facilities like bathrooms, restaurants, and shops.
J	JG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid mountain that is really good for beginner - intermediate ski/snowboarders. Bit thin for advanced level but if the powder is good then it's awesome! Lifts are old and a bit slow bit that's normal for Japan. Overall great places, go when the snow is dumping!
s	scuse me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iimori itself is not very large, but it connects to Goryu (escal) and Hakuba 47. The centre food is not bad, but the rental is much cheaper and has better service outside the centre on the roadside.
