岩	岩月雅之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざる(大盛り）を注文。蕎麦の香りは弱め。つゆは正統派の鰹出汁で濃いめ。と、ここまでは良くある蕎麦店だが、この蕎麦とつゆはかなり微妙な綱渡りの関係で非常にピーキーなバランスで成り立っているという感想。わさびは本わさびを使用していてベストマッチ。ただ柚子は完全に蕎麦とつゆに勝ちすぎて食後のリセットに使う方が吉。天ぷらは軽い食感、海老こそ普通だが野菜は素朴な甘さを感じることが出来て素晴らしい。自分的に三本の指にランクイン。惜しむらくは塩も良いけど茄子とピーマンは天つゆで食べたかった。味に関しては⭐５つ、遅すぎる提供時間は致命的なマイナスポイント。空腹時は逆にオススメし辛いという、もどかしい側面があります。車は２つの駐車場に１０台は止められそう。野菜や米も販売しています。レジ横では店主？の蕎麦打ちを余す所なく見れるので入店待ちの暇潰しにどうぞ。 I ordered Tenzaru (large serving). k	kamiru bidan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツーリングで国道178号線を走ってたら常に人が並んでる蕎麦屋が気になってたので今回初訪問しました。江野蕎麦定食1280円を注文(消費税込みの値段設定最高)ざるそば、天婦羅、かやくご飯、沢庵漬2枚、蕎麦湯、デザートでこの値段はコスパ良いと思った。しかも十割蕎麦の表示。小生的には他店の十割蕎麦と比べたら蕎麦の味が薄く感じたんやけど普通に旨かったです。確かに注文してから料理が提供されるまで30分待ったがメニューに当店は注文を受けてから蕎麦切り、天婦羅を揚げるので時間がかかりますと注意表示があったので納得です。小生は濃口なので蕎麦汁も薄味に感じたけど許容範囲やったです。天婦羅は春の山菜と海老の天婦羅が美味しかったわ。あとかやくご飯がめっちゃ小生好みでした。水は給水塔があってセルフサービスでした。駐車場あってスタッフの印象は普通でしたよ When I was touring on National Highway 178, I was worried about the soba shop where people are always lined up, so I visited for the first time this time.
