ま	まーびん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼に訪問私が思うにこの種のラーメンの味はあまり無いと思います。タイミングによっては並びますが皆さん食べ終わったら速やかに退店してくれますし、店員さんが発券機のチケットを受け取り着席してからタイミングよくラーメンを出してくれます。なのでそこそこ回転が良いです。この日は塩ラーメン+トッピング具だくさんをチョイス！なかなかのトッピングのボリュームでした。スープはドロッと濃厚な感じです。調味料はニンニク、ゴマ、一味、ブラックペッパーがありお好みで味変可能です。女性ひとりでも入りやすく間口は小さくカウンターだけですが接客も良く多く、これからもお客様をとりこにすることでしょう。 Visit at noon on weekdays I don't think this kind of ramen tastes very good. t	tomo honma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に熟成練り醤油らーめんを頂きました。練り醤油には濃厚な煮干しの風味が効いていて、少しずつマイルドなスープに溶きながら頂くと香ばしく旨味たっぷりの味わいになります。茹でキャベツも食感を楽しめていいアクセントになってます。太めの麺も濃厚スープによく合ってます。大盛が無料なのもありがたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。大変美味しかったです。 I had aged kneaded soy sauce ramen at noon. The rich sardine flavor is effective in the kneaded soy sauce, and if you gradually dissolve it in a mild soup, it will have a savory and umami flavor. Boiled cabbage is also a nice accent to enjoy the texture. Thick noodles also go well with the rich soup. I'm grateful that Omori is free. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious.

It appears they charge the same for a small serving of noodle and large serving of noodle so order accordingly.

It’s small and cozy, chef is really hospitable, portions are BIG! We especially liked the truffle oil base ramen with salad leaves (though some may find it a bit salty). Roughly 750 yen.
