今回、閉店(20時?)ギリギリに入店し食べ終わったのは20時30分頃でした。(張り紙には20時と21時の表記がありどちらが本当の閉店時間かわかりませんが?) お客さんは2組だけで空いていました、ソースかつ丼とざるそばのセットを注文して待つこと10分弱、そば自体の味は悪くないです、茹で加減は「かため」で並盛りにしては量も多めに感じました。 味・量からするとコストパフォーマンス悪くないと思います。 「また行きたいと思いますか?」と聴かれたら、以下の点が「改善されればまた行きたい」と答えます。 ①閉店間際だからしょうがないかもしれないけど、天ぷら等作り置きがトレーにまったく無かったこと。 ②セルフサービスのポット入りの「そばつゆ」が終わっていたことと、終わっていることを伝えようと店員に声を掛けても、閉店片付けで一生懸命で返事がなかったこと。 ③新規客が来たのに、セルフサービスのネギも少なかったし、揚げ玉は全然無かったのに補充もしないこと。 ④閉店間際とは言え、客が食事中なのにすぐ横の厨房では、「ガチャガチャ」「ガラガラ」「ジャージャー」と大きな音をたて閉店片付けを店員みんなでやっていて、食事中の客にはまったく配慮がないこと。 ⑤食事も終わりセルフサービスの「そば湯」を楽しんでいると、「早く帰れ」とばかりにセルフサービスのテーブルを片付けられてしまいそば湯のお代わりが出来なかったこと。 ⑥個人的には「そばつゆ」は不味いです、ただ辛しょっぱいだけでせっかくの美味しいそばをダメにしてる感じです。もっとそばつゆにもこだわった方が良いのでは! そばの味は悪くないのでこれからもっと頑張って欲しいです。

上田市に行った時には、かなりの確率で寄らせて貰ってます。大盛にしても値段が550円なのは、コスパ最強です。昼時でもさほど混んでいないしどこで食べようか迷ったらココ。 チェーン店なので安定感は、あるものの蕎麦を茹でる人により蕎麦の食感に差が出ます。新蕎麦と茹で上手な人にWで当たった時は、最高のお店です。

長野県内にも数店舗有りますが、こちらも、松本に来たら絶体立ち寄る、とても美味しいお蕎麦屋です。もう何回食べた事か…下手なお蕎麦屋に入って1,000円出す位なら、新そば使用のこの大ざるが、税込み550円で、お腹いっぱいに出来ます。
