★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金星台の一角に海軍営之碑がある。
石碑は二本あるが、そのひとつは海軍営之碑（碑文は海軍奉行勝海舟直筆の文章）もう一本は碑文が風雨にさらされほとんど判読不能になっている。
石碑は元の場所からここ諏訪山公園に移動、海が見えるところに建つ。
神戸海軍操練所設立と徳川家茂の神戸巡覧を記念して建立されたものだ。
海の向こうに日本の生きる道を見いだしたふたり、勝海舟も坂本龍馬も満足しているだろう。
操練所設置は明治維新のわずか4年前のことである。
金星台を流れる風が心地よい。
 There is a Navy monument in a corner of Kinseidai.
There are two stone monuments, one of which is the Navy's monument (the inscription is written by Katsu Kaishu, the Navy's magistrate), and the other is almost unreadable due to the weather.
The stone monument has moved from its original location to Suwayama Park and is built where the sea can be seen.
It was erected to commemorate the establishment of the Kobe Naval Training Center and Tokugawa Iemochi's tour of Kobe.
Both Katsu Kaishu and Ryoma Sakamoto, who found a way to live in Japan over the sea, will be satisfied.
The training center was established only four years before the Meiji Restoration.
The wind flowing through Kinseidai is comfortable.

神戸は勝海舟、そして坂本龍馬によって海軍繰練所が作られ、明治から大きな港街になりました。
