[	[NPC]村人A氏。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神戸外国人居留地は、安政五カ国条約に基づき、1868年1月1日（慶応3年12月7日）から1899年（明治32年）7月16日までの間、兵庫津の約3.5 km東に位置する神戸村（後の兵庫県神戸市中央区）に設けられた外国人居留地である。神戸居留地とも言われているそう。街並みがオシャレで見栄えする事から車のCM撮影に使われたり、写活で利用する人が多い。時間帯にもよるのだろうが、夜間はそれ程交通量も多くなく、行き交う人も少ない印象。現在では都市景観形成地域に指定されているとの事。 The Kobe Foreign Settlement is about 3.5 in Hyogo from January 1, 1868 (December 7, 1868) to July 16, 1899 (Meiji 32), based on the Ansei Treaties.
