大倉山公園にある石碑｡昭和51年(1976)5月 神戸市高知県人会の建立｡園内展望台のやや東手に在る｡
●県人会が当碑を選択したようだ｡分からないではないが､ふるさとの森をしのぶに相応しい､主旨に沿った四国の山河や土佐の街や海を出してもらいたかった｡
大倉山公園に「ふるさとの森」が在る｡ふるさとの森をしのび､合わせてた緑化事業に神戸市内から３５の県人会が集った。当石碑はその森の中の高知県人会コーナーにあるもの｡
 ■ Ryoma Sakamoto and Kobe Naval Training Center Memorial
A stone monument in Okurayama Park. May 1976 The Kochi Kenjinkai in Kobe City was erected. It is located slightly east of the observatory in the park.
● It seems that the Kenjinkai chose this monument. I don't know, but I wanted you to see the mountains and rivers of Shikoku, the town of Tosa, and the sea, which are suitable for the forest of my hometown.
There is a "Furusato no Mori" in Okurayama Park. 35 Kenjinkai from Kobe city gathered for a greening project that extended the Furusato no Mori. This stone monument is in the Kochi Kenjinkai corner in the forest.
