Y	Yoshikatsu Okuno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海軍操練所設立を記念して建てられた碑。文字は長年の風雨で判読困難になっていたため、その上に黒御影石を張り付け、勝海舟の直筆を正確に彫ったものだ。通称、勝海舟碑とも言う。碑文には、文久三年、大君、巡覧、急務、海軍、千載、元治元年などの文字が読み取れる。 1863年、日本は長年の鎖国のため、世界情勢に疎く無防備のままだった。それを憂いた海軍奉行勝海舟は神戸に海軍操練所を設立する。それは日本が生き長らえるための一大急務だったのである。今は金星台の丘の上に移動され、碑は静かに神戸港を見ている。 A monument built to commemorate the establishment of the naval dressing room. Characters were difficult to read due to wind and rain for many years, so we attached black granite on top of it and carved the handwriting of Katsu Naifu accurately. It is also called Katsuhachi monument. In the inscription, letters such as the 3rd year of Bunraku, Taisho, tour, urgent, navy, thousands of characters, the first year of former governor can be read. In 1863, because Japan was a seclusionary country for many years, it remained vulnerable to the world situation and unprotected. The navy magistrate wins Kaiseki navigating it establishes a naval office in Kobe. It was a great urgent task for Japan to live long. Now it is moved to the top of the hill of Venusa, the monument is quietly watching Kobe Port.

岸	岸川克仁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ■海軍営之碑　#20210216 勝海舟が､この神戸で海軍が誕生した経緯と､それを可能にしてくれた将軍徳川家茂公を称え「海軍営之碑」を製作｡諏訪山公園にある石碑｡製作は元治元年(1864)で海舟直筆と云う。位置は金星観測記念碑に10数m程度と近い北側高台｡しかし海舟は失脚で海軍奉行罷免､翌年慶応元年(1865)5月に海軍操練所も閉所となり､設置建立が叶わず､碑の処置を生島四郎に託した。四郎は自らの別邸の庭に碑を設置｡その後50年､大正4年(1915)神戸市に寄贈され､市が諏訪山に碑を設置する｡石碑背面に松平慶永(春嶽)の和歌が刻まれている。古碑とも云えないが百余年経過で碑文の彫りの損傷が激しく､表面碑文上に黒御影石の石板を貼り修復した｡現在は光り輝き読み易い｡ ●現地は勾配がきつい｡諏訪神社参道の途中からそれて東へ脇道を登れば諏訪山公園に行ける｡見通しのきく参道から急な階段をあがれば諏訪神社。更に上に登ればビーナスブリッジ､やや難儀あるも良い運動になる｡ちなみに後に居留地近くの「みなと公園」に海軍営之碑が表面だけ複製し建立された｡複製の方が時代物と見えてしまう｡神戸にあるべき貴重で重要な碑だ。 ■ Navy monument # 20210216 Katsu Kaishu created a "Navy monument" in honor of the birth of the Navy in Kobe and the shogun Iemochi Tokugawa who made it possible. Then 50 years later, it was donated to Kobe City in 1915, and the city set up a monument on Suwayama. The waka poem of Matsudaira Yoshinaga (Harutake) is engraved on the back of the stone monument. Although it cannot be said to be an ancient monument, the carving of the inscription was severely damaged after more than 100 years, and a black granite stone plate was pasted on the surface inscription and restored. Now it is shining and easy to read. ● The slope is steep at the site. You can reach Suwayama Park by climbing a side road to the east from the middle of the approach to Suwayama Shrine. If you go up a steep staircase from the approach to Suwa Shrine, you will reach Suwayama Shrine. If you climb further up, Venus Bridge will be a good exercise even if it is a little difficult. By the way, a Navy monument was later erected in "Minato Park" near the settlement by duplicating only the surface. The duplication looks more like a period. It is a precious and important monument that should be in Kobe.
