 The toilet is too dirty recently because there are no golfers or guests coming to the observatory.

使えないならどっちも撤去しろよ。
When I went there two months ago, it was off limits, the building was tattered, and the nearby toilet was unavailable.
If you can't use it, remove both.

The outlook might have been good before, but now the trees are in the way and I can only see a little. The observatory is already full of ruins.

The view is good, but has the observatory been repaired? Bears are very likely to be encountered with high frequency. Quite dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台に立ち入り出来ないのを知らずに向かったところ、小熊がいました。怖くて車から降りずに下山しました。
When I went to the observatory without knowing that I couldn't enter, there was a bear. I was scared and went down the mountain without getting out of the car.
