k	karuta 7775 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晴れた日は360度見渡すことができて、岩手山や盛岡駅前、アイスアリーナや本宮あたりの見晴らしがいいです。惜しいのは遊歩道のスロープが現在工事中で使えないことですが、工事が終わったらまた、階段を駆けあがるもよし、スロープでのんびり上るもよし、の憩いの場所になることでしょう。 You can overlook 360 degrees on a sunny day, and it is a good view of Iwateyama and Morioka station square, ice arena and around Honnomiya. From the observatory, you can see the city and Mt. Iwate. There is also a parking lot so you can use it from a distance. There is also a dog run, so there are many dog walkers.
