★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛岡中心部の近場で気軽に、街一体を展望できる場所。天気次第だが岩手山がきれいに見れる場所。
ホテルとかでも展望できる場所はあるけど利用者のみしか行けない。
ここは無料で時間以外の制限はありません。
できれば夜も見に行けるようになれば最高なんだよな。
 A place where you can easily see the whole city near the center of Morioka. A place where you can see Mt. Iwate beautifully depending on the weather.
There are places such as hotels where you can see, but only users can go.
It's free here and there is no time limit.
It would be great if I could go to see it at night if possible.

特に３階の旧国鉄工場を再現したものが圧巻でした。
It was free and I could take a closer look at the whole picture of Morioka.
In particular, the reproduction of the old Japanese National Railways factory on the 3rd floor was a masterpiece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛岡市内が360度見渡せます。晴れていれば遠くの山々がくっきりと眺められますし、盛岡駅を見下ろせるのは鉄道ファンにとって有難いポイントです。
You can see the city of Morioka 360 degrees. If it's sunny, you can see the mountains in the distance clearly, and overlooking Morioka Station is a great point for railroad fans.

無料でこの景色を楽しめるのは良いですね。
営業時間が夜は18時までなので、
夜景を楽しめないのは残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北上盆地の街並みと周りの山々を一望できます。岩手山と中心部のビル群、北と南に一直線に伸びていく新幹線の線路が印象的でした。地元民の方々も沢山来られていたようで地域のコミュニティスペースとして活気が感じられるのも良いと思いました。
You can overlook the cityscape of the Kitakami Basin and the surrounding mountains. I was impressed by Mt. Iwate, the buildings in the center, and the Shinkansen line that stretches straight to the north and south. It seems that many locals have come, and I think it's good to feel the liveliness of the local community space.
