★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ユルキャンができるかなと思って来てみました。トイレはバンガロー脇にありますが、飲料水と洗い場はありません。管理していないのかな？ここで夜を過ごすのは、ちょっと不安です。例えば、数人でバーベキューをして、残飯などをしっかりかたずけ、写真の東屋に寝袋で宿泊し、つぎのひにすべてもちかえるつもりならありかも
I wondered if I could do Yurucamp. Toilets are located beside the bungalows, but there is no drinking water and washroom. Isn't it managed? I'm a little worried about spending the night here. For example, if you are planning to have a barbecue with a few people, get rid of leftover food, stay in a sleeping bag at the eastern store in the photo, and return everything to the next day.

利用者が少ないためか、施設が管理されず朽ちてきている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道396号に看板有り、頂上直前まで舗装されていて車でも行けます。達増部集落側も舗装されていて、私はそちらから行きました。
私が行った時(2020.11)には展望台登れる様になっていて、眺めは写真の通りです?。
There is a signboard on Route 396, which is paved until just before the summit and can be reached by car. The Tassobe village side was also paved, and I went from there.
By the time I went (November 2020), I was able to climb the observatory, and the view is as shown in the photo ?.

約100m手前から砂利道(二輪駆動車で走行可)です。
展望台そのものは立入禁止です。
周辺から高原の景色を眺められます。

2020年12月4日(金)～2021年5月7日(金)の期間、冬季通行止めです。
2021/3/6現在、南側「まきばのおもてなし」方面から車で登ると、展望台まで約5kmの地点より道路が除雪されておらず、基本的に到達できません。

It is a gravel road (you can drive with a two-wheel drive vehicle) from about 100m before.
The observatory itself is off limits.
You can enjoy the view of the plateau from the surrounding area.

It will be closed in winter from December 4, 2020 (Friday) to May 7, 2021 (Friday).
As of 3/6/2021, if you drive up from the direction of "Makiba no Omotenashi" on the south side, the road has not been cleared of snow from the point about 5 km to the observatory, and you cannot basically reach it.
