日中に訪れましたが、家族連れの方やハイキングしてる方を見かけました。のどかな場所です。
An observatory in the middle of the Kitayama walking path.
I visited during the day, but I saw people with families and people hiking. It's a peaceful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼、夜どちらに行って盛岡の景色が綺麗に見えます。特に夕暮れには夕焼けがきれいですし、町に近いのでおすすめです。
You can see the scenery of Morioka beautifully either day or night. Especially at dusk, the sunset is beautiful and it is recommended because it is close to the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛宕山記念公園を登りきった先にある展望台です。その景観は盛岡で最もきれいとは言えませんが、森の中にある非常に落ち着いて休むことのできるスポットだと思います。
障害者に対応したトイレもありますが、そこまでの道のりは舗装もされておらず、車で目の前まで来ることはできないなど車椅子での移動は困難な作りになっています。
It is an observatory located at the end of Atagoyama Memorial Park. The scenery is not the most beautiful in Morioka, but I think it is a very calm and resting spot in the forest.
There is a toilet for people with disabilities, but the road to it is not paved, and it is difficult to move in a wheelchair because it is impossible to reach by car.
