展望台までの砂利道が2輪ではかなり危険。
砂利が深い。パンクが怖い。
でも行く価値はある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GoogleMAP上では「臨時休業」となっていますが(2021.8.13現在)、展望台の修復が終わり入場できます。道中の景色や展望台からの眺めはとても良いです。ぜひ晴れた日に行ってみてください。
また寺沢高原に上っていく入口辺りに「まきばのおもてなし」という美味しいソフトクリームを売っているお店があり、そこからの景色も良いので立ち寄ってみることをおすすめします。
【！注意！】
他の方も書いていますが、展望台直前は砂利道となっており、一部砂利が深くなっていてかなりハンドルが取られます。スタックの恐れもあるので特に二輪駆動の車はご注意ください。砂利道の手前に少し広いスペースがあるので、そこに車を停めて徒歩で向かってもいいかも知れません。ここはぜひ改善してもらいたいです。
Although it is "temporarily closed" on GoogleMAP (as of 2021.8.13), the observatory has been repaired and you can enter. The scenery along the way and the view from the observatory are very good. Please go on a sunny day.
In addition, there is a shop selling delicious soft serve ice cream called "Makiba no Omotenashi" near the entrance to the Terazawa Plateau, and the view from there is good, so it is recommended to stop by.
[! caution! ]
As others have written, there is a gravel road just before the observatory, and some of the gravel is deep and the steering wheel can be taken considerably. Be especially careful with two-wheel drive vehicles as there is a risk of stacking. There is a little large space in front of the gravel road, so you may want to park your car there and walk. I want you to improve here.
