t	tarou ichikumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 再度利用する機会がありましたので投稿。写真は1年ほど前のものです。外観、内観は全体的に明るめ。お客さんもいわゆる退職された方だけではなく、若い方も多いようで旅館然とした印象が反映されているように思えます。何より良いのが、スタッフの対応かと思います。受付、案内等でもしっかりされており、適度な距離感・会話が良いです。食事も品数、質も良いです。いくつかの旅館、ホテルに泊まった際の評価の基準としてさせていただいています。 I posted it because I had the opportunity to use it again. We use it as a standard for evaluation when staying at some inns and hotels.
滝	滝谷源治 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事はボリュームがあまりなく何がメインの料理なのか最後までわからず……。朝食もパッとせず謎の飴玉が並んでいました。受付の方々に近隣のことについて聞いても答えてくれず人の荷物を預かる時も片手で受け取るなどとても残念な対応でした。お米は美味しく、仲居さんは話がおもしろく、お風呂も湯加減はとても良かったです。せっかく良いところがあるのに残念なことが目立って勿体ないと思います。 The food isn't very big and I don't know what the main dish is until the end ... The mysterious candy was lined up without a break for breakfast. Even if I asked the receptionists about the neighborhood, they didn't answer and I received it with one hand when I kept my luggage, which was a very disappointing response. I had a Maezawa steak dinner, which is the regional (Iwate Prefecture) brand of beef which is highly regarded. Not luxury in the common sense of the word but comfortable and reassuring.
C	Chung Han Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place I have stayed at in Japan. Stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The rooms are authentic Japanese where you sleep on futons on the tatami floor. They are clean and spacious, and we were fortunate to have a front facing room where we could see the mountains. They have a small outdoor onsen which can comfortably fit 4 people. The strong smell of sulphur hits you at first, but you then know it's the real deal! Morning onsen was the best with a hot water temperature and about 5 degrees outdoor. After every onsen was so relaxed and sleepy. The food at Shikitei as well was great. I loved every aspect of it, I got to try an A5 beef steak and it was delicious. I also got to try sukiyaki (Japanese hotpot) and that was easily the best meal have ever had. The staff was excellent. We don't know a shred of Japanese but they so helpful. They helped us book transport to and from the station, as well as some daily activities. The manager spoke excellent English which is a surprise so far from a major city. In addition there was a lot of English info cards available at this Ryokan, which made it so easy to find things to do. I hope to visit again in the future because I had a great time!

If you are not eating a lot at other places, I suggest you share a course meal with a friend or partner The onsen itself is very spacious and when it snows it's a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
