岡	岡田光徳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月曜日(祝日)に伺いました。雪見の♨️温泉を楽しみにして伺いました。チェックイン可能時間の15時00分に合わせて伺いました。未だ、日帰り入浴可能時間でしたので3人の方がいらっしゃいました。女将さんにお部屋に案内していただき、設備の説明を伺っていた際に、御時世柄でコロナ対応で苦労されている事や、外国の方の対応で困っているお話をされていました。日帰り入浴で、宿泊客のエリアに勝手に入ったりされたりして困っていると… コロナの対応にしても御高齢の御主人と女将さんで営んでいらっしゃるお宿なので負担が大きいともお話をされていました。宿泊客の事を考えて、パーテンション的な柵を設けたり、注意書きを出したりと… (温泉) 内湯・露天共に熱めの湯温(源泉かけ流しなので)露天に温めの浴槽が在るはずでしたが、もの凄い雪で… お湯は少しピリピリする感じでしたが、気持ち良い温泉です。洗い場は内湯に4つ、シャンプーとボディーソープは自然環境に配慮した製品です。 (脱衣場) 篭は沢山有ります。セーフティBOXの設置はありませんので、鍵を浴槽に持って行く際には鍵が錆び無い様にレジ袋を持参して持って行くと良いかも？脱衣場にヘアドライヤーの備え付けはありません。 (お部屋) じゃらんから予約した際に、ヘアドライヤーの備え付け無しになっていましたが、洗面所にきちんと有りました。清潔感のあるとても良いお部屋でした。 (御飯) 山のお宿らしい御飯をいただきました。女将さんは謙遜されていましたが、とても美味しかったです。先に記した通り、御高齢の御主人と女将さんで営んでいらっしゃるお宿です。いつまでも、お元気で良いお宿と温泉を守っていただけたらと願うばかりです。 I visited on Monday (holiday). When I was guided to the room by the landlady and asked for an explanation of the equipment, I was told that I was having a hard time dealing with corona due to the timeliness and that I was having trouble dealing with foreigners. .. If you are in trouble because you may be in the guest area without permission during a day trip bathing ... It was said that even if Corona responds, it will be a heavy burden because it is an inn run by an elderly husband and a landlady. Considering the guests, we set up a partition-like fence and put out cautionary notes ... (hot spring) There should have been a warm bathtub in the open-air bath (because it is flowing from the source), but it was a terrible snow ... The hot spring was a little tingling, but it is a pleasant hot spring. There are 4 washrooms in the indoor bath, and shampoo and body soap are products that take the natural environment into consideration. (Undressing place) There are many baskets. There is no safety box installed, so when you bring the key to the bathtub, it may be a good idea to bring a plastic shopping bag so that the key does not rust. There is no hair dryer in the dressing room. (The room) When I made a reservation from Jalan, I didn't have a hair dryer, but it was in the bathroom. It was a very nice room with a feeling of cleanliness. (rice) I had a rice like a mountain inn. The landlady was humble, but it was very delicious. As mentioned earlier, this inn is run by an elderly master and a landlady. I just hope that you will keep a healthy and good inn and hot springs forever.
山	山内たけし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接遇と食事が良くない。晩も朝も手抜きの食事。質素なのを装った手抜き料理である。米も炊き方が悪いのか大して美味しくない。部屋や脱衣場は髪の毛がそこかしこに落ちていて掃除が入っているのか疑問に思うくらい。これで鶴の湯より高いってどういうこと？宿泊料と内容が合っていない。見ましたよ。宿の老婆が露天横の物置から電動シャッターで高級外車を引っ張り出して立ち去っていく姿を。よっぽど儲かっているんですね。 The hospitality and food are not good. G	George Yoshida (geeorgey) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googleの口コミがひどくて恐る恐る行きましたが、とても良かったです。宿泊なしだと、脱衣所にドライヤーがないのは事実だったので、湯めぐりの時は頭を濡らさない方がいいかも。部屋にドライヤーがあります。朝晩二食付きで一泊しましたが、コスパがとても良いです。山菜、干物、漬物とご飯という所謂昔の日本食を食べさせてくれる宿でした。なにしろお爺さんとお婆さんがやってるので。きりたんぽ美味しかった〜。お風呂は、内湯は熱めで、露天風呂はちょうど良い湯加減。雪を見ながらゆっくりとお風呂に浸かることができます。お風呂の周りには雪が積もってるので、子供が楽しそうでした。周りの温泉にも歩いていける距離ですし、ここを拠点に湯巡りもいいのかもしれません。素晴らしかった！ Google reviews were terrible and scary, but it was very good. わ	わい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泊まりで行きました。受付の老婆の対応が最悪すぎます。少しでも時間遅れると接客から始まり、ネチネチと嫌味ばかり言われます。食事はそこらへんで買えるレベルです。外は雪が残ってる時期なのに館内はカメムシだらけです。泊まる部屋にも温泉にもトイレにも夥しい数がいます。こんなに最悪なところに泊まり、お金を無駄にしたのは初めてです。時間とお金返してほしい、憤りを感じます。よく今まであんな接客で経営してきましたね、尊敬します。二度と行きません。 I went by staying overnight. く	くまのぼんた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の皆さんの口コミを見て不安を感じながら行きましたが、低評価の原因はたった一つ (キーワード: 説教おばさん) だと分かりました。館主はご高齢のため、若い人から見たらもどかしく感じるところがあるかもしれませんが、穏やかな良いかたです。料理は食べ盛りの人には物足りないという程度の量で、少ないわけではありません。(これでもかというくらい出てくる宿より却っていいかも。) 温泉は温泉地にありがちなつくりです。ここだけが特別なわけではありません。露天風呂は確かにぬるいですが、マイナス7℃気温でこれならむしろ温かいレベル。これだけクセの強い泉質でこれだけの施設を保っていくのは大変ではないでしょうか。私が泊まった感想では、施設は標準より良いくらい。お茶も茶菓子も置いてあるし、自販機もあります。(通常よりお高めなのもよくあること。) 風呂も料理も悪く感じる要素はないなと思いました。泉質は超有名温泉地だけあって最高です。酸が強いので、肌の弱い人は湯上がりにシャワーを浴びるとよいかも。 I was worried when I saw the reviews of other people, but I found that the cause of the low rating was only one (keyword: aunt preaching).
