★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日利用でしたので待ち時間が少し長すぎでした。コロナの影響で相席利用ができないので仕方がありませんが、、、ここだけはサービス改善してもらいたいものです。
田舎蕎麦も美味しいのですが、ここのキクラゲと県内産のワラビは最高に美味いです。

これが美味い！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて大根おろし汁&そばつゆで食べました。大根の甘さとどこかで大根辛な香りが鼻を刺激し最高に爽やか、かつ胃に優しい感じがしました。つきだしに出てきたキクラゲ、ワラビの一本漬けどちらもコリコリ、シャキシャキで歯応えがたまりません！

七兵衛蕎麦は次年子の本店⁉️に狙いを定めてはや10年?
今回、たまたま通ることになったので寄り道的に伺いました?
残念なことにめちゃ晴れた暑い日でした?昼時になってしまったので待ち時間1時時間超えでした?
店内レジに番号札があるので持って店の周りで待っていれば店員さんが親切に迎えに来てくれます♪
何でここだとわかるのか⁉️

でも感の良い店員さんのおかげでお店に向かい入れてもらいお蕎麦にありつけました
オーダー後に少し待ちましたが、板蕎麦、天ぷら蕎麦、そばがき来ました✨?
蕎麦のつけ汁が大根おろし汁にかえしを注ぎ足して楽しみます。
子供には辛くて食べれないと思います?
かえしが醤油強くてしょっぱいので注意⚠️
蕎麦は風味が少なくて期待を少し裏切る感じです?
それは期待が大き過ぎたのか否か⁉️
そばがきは蕎麦の風味が楽しめてお気に入りの良い味でした♪
また伺えたらそばがきを頼みたいと思います?
オーダー毎にキクラゲとワラビが出てきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大石田町の本店の姉妹店。 本店はダイナミックな食べ放題ですが、東根店は違いますが、個人的にはこれでOKです。
味はどちらも美味しいです。 大根汁に蕎麦タレ入れてつけて食べる。ただ東根店は天ぷらがあり、鴨汁?(季節もの)や蕎麦がきがあります。そういう意味で若干都会的ですが、味は気取らない田舎の超一品だと感じてます。
