o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふらっと山形県。ネットで気になる蕎麦屋を見つけたので訪問しました。お店の名前は伊勢そば。お店に専用駐車場が併設されてるので止めて訪問。古民家を利用したような非常に広い店内です。まず注文して番号票をもらいます。今回は冷たい鳥そばを注文。私は２２番で小上がりの大きいテーブルのところに座りました。やや待ち時間は長いかな。まだかなーっと思ってると提供されました。おー、丼からあふれんばかりの盛り具合はいい感じですなー。漬物、ワサビは別皿提供でした。しっかりと味付けされた鶏肉がこりゃ美味そうです。蕎麦は極太でかなりの歯ごたえがあるタイプです。噛むと歯を跳ね返す弾力は年配の方だと食べるの疲れないかなって思います。でも蕎麦の香りがよくてこれ美味しいです。スープはしっかりと濃いめの味付け。鶏油が浮いていてそれが甘味を感じさせるのかなー。このスープとそばを一緒にすするといい感じです。鶏肉は味付けもよくご飯と食べたいかも。もう少し量が入ってたらいいのになーと思いました。昔の他の方がアップしてるのを見ると多かった気が・・・蕎麦を食べ終わると蕎麦湯を出してくれるので最後まで美味しくいただくことができました。山形なのになぜ伊勢。その疑問は解消できませんでしたが、美味しい冷たい鳥そばでした♪ #山形県 Flat Yamagata prefecture. K	Kohei Kamata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜の14時くらいに入店しました。先に注文と支払いをし電話で呼び出してもらうシステムでした。呼び出しまで30分、席についてから10分ほどで蕎麦が来ました。もり天が一番人気とのことでしたのでもり天を注文。他の方ももり天を食べてる方が多かったです。天ぷらは玉ねぎ、人参、ゴボウのかき揚げで噂通り硬いです。サイズも大きいのでかじりつくことも出来ないので割り箸を刺して適当に砕いて食べましたが、手で割ってる方もいました。蕎麦は太く硬いので好みが分かれると思いますが、つゆは結構オーソドックスな感じでした。 I entered the store around 14:00 on Sunday. I ate for like 30 minutes but only finished like 1/4 of the bowl...? If you want to try really local restaurant, here’s the place I would recommend.
