★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷たい肉そばはちょっとぬるめ。暖かい鳥中華もスープは熱々じゃなかった。どっちにしてもそんなもんなのかなぁ。そばつゆは美味しかった。
Cold soba noodles are a little lukewarm. The soup wasn't hot either in the warm bird Chinese. I wonder if that is the case anyway. The soba soup was delicious.

飲むには少し塩味が強く蕎麦に合わせた感じ、谷地系の甘さは無く、醤油味が前に出る、油分多めの汁。
蕎麦は、腰強めのネチっとペタ系の噛み心地。冷え方しっかり目で肉はソフトで塩味強めです。丼のご飯がめっこ飯&団子状態のダブルパンチで凹みました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチをいただきに訪問しました。外は35度超えの炎天下。迷わずランチの冷たい肉そばとソースカツ丼のセットをオーダー。冷たい肉そば、と言ってもキンキンに冷えている訳ではありません。ほどほどに冷めた感じですがスープが美味しい！鶏肉も下味がしっかりとしていて旨し。さらにソースカツ丼は鶏肉のささみですが、甘辛のウスターソースがめちゃくちゃに美味い！こちらは揚げたてサクサクを熱々をご飯の上にソースと共演。絶対美味い奴です！！満足度かなり上がりますよ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口を入ると靴を脱ぎテーブルに案内されます。席数が10席に満たないくらいの広さで、赤ひげさくら家という名にちょっと似つかわしくない感じの和風料理屋の風情です。隣接で宴会が出来るお部屋も併設しているようです。
インテリアが和風で美しく隠れ家的な感じがして良かったです。
おすすめを美味しくいただきました。ご馳走様でした。

It was nice that the interior was Japanese and beautiful and it felt like a hideaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち着いた雰囲気だけど堅苦しくもないのが良い感じです。価格もリーズナブルでランチのセットメニューも満足感があります。
で、主役の蕎麦は！
良くも悪くも「可もなく不可もなく」という感じ。
わりと硬めでコシのあるタイプの蕎麦は自分好みでしたが、風味という部分ではやや弱い。まぁビチャビチャの蕎麦よりは全然いいですけどね。
そんな訳で、同じ東根の伊勢そばさんのような「唯一無二の個性」という観点から見ると、中毒性には欠ける、という点で星３個です。
