★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どうしても田舎蕎麦、太い蕎麦が食べたくてネットで調べて行きました。
蕎麦つゆは甘めです。
10割蕎麦だそうです。
太切りとの相盛り、しかも大盛り食べました。
1200円。かなりボリュームあります。
細い蕎麦と、太い蕎麦が同じ蕎麦つゆなのですが、細い蕎麦の方に合っているのかと思います。
色々蕎麦屋さんの特徴がありますね。

太切りも食べづらいけど噛めば噛むほど蕎麦の甘みが感じられて(･∀･)ｲｲ!!
ただ、ツユが弱い。甘過ぎるし出汁が弱い。
このエリアのそばツユの特徴なのかしら?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このへんでは珍しい細打ち蕎麦をご馳走になりました?
この地域では、細打ちでもわりと固めですが、こちらの蕎麦はそこまで固めでなく、年配のかたも食べやすいです。
十割なので香り良く、のど越しも良いので、板蕎麦(大)もペロリといけました?
特筆すべきは、蕎麦ツユが昆布の出汁がでてて凄い好みでした?近隣で一番好き‼️

いやこれは凄い(ﾟ∀ﾟ)／ 細切りは十割そばのこの辺には珍しい細さ、そして太切りは笑っちゃうくらいの太さ。。割りばしの割る前ぐらいの感じです(ﾟ∀ﾟ)／ マジ凄い。。
間は無いんか～～い！(´┐｀)。。みたいな。。
おつゆが昆布だしなんですね。細切り入れると泡立つぐらいの甘さがあって、これは太切りにも合うと感じました。なにより美味しいし。。
美味しいお蕎麦を堪能致しました。また来ます(ﾟ∀ﾟ)／

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は細麺のさらっとしたのが食べたくて、板蕎麦の大を注文。細麺でも平打ちっぽい感じでうまい！タレはだしの効いてる少し甘めのタレ。皆さん書いているとーり、サービスの漬け物もうまい！ワラビ最高でした。
ニシンも柔らかくてうまかった。
今度は太麺を食べに来てみよ。
