山	山下久幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン雑誌を見て、伺いました。ショッピングセンターに、付帯した場所にあり開店してすぐとは言え、月曜日で駐車場の車もまばらだったが入店。店内の混雑も見受けられず、入店してもカウンターがあるのに店員さんの「お好きな席どーぞ」。で、ラーメン屋さんあるあるで、「お一人様はカウンター」じゃないの？と思いながらも８人は座れるテーブルの一桝に、ダメ元と思いつつ「ここ、いいですか？」すると、「いいですよ」とのことで着座。入店前からの予定は、店の善し悪しの決め手になるシンプルな、中華そばと思っていたが、気分がよくなって、メニューのトップにある「鳥中華」をオーダー。その後もお客さんがあまり入ってこず、注文の品が到着。見た目やや普通と思いながら頂くと！！！「うんっめー！」思わず叫びだしそうになった。肉そば肉中華は、寒河江河北が大層にさわがれ、いろいろ食べ回ったけど、それほど？と、以前から疑問を抱いていた。このお店で、その疑問が解けた。麺、お汁、鶏肉！全て満点。どれもお互いの邪魔をしないあんばいのバランスの良さ！で、ふと思った。「このお店なに食っても旨いぞ」と。明日にでもまた行きたいと思いながら、満足感の帰宅になりました。 I saw a ramen magazine and asked. 藤	藤山直樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に訪問。冷たい肉蕎麦とカツ丼のセットを。山形には冷たい肉ソバを売りにしたお店は山ほどありますが、それらと比べても特に特徴も何も無い、悪く言えば個性もこだわりも感じられない蕎麦です。そして、ラーメンもそばも全体的に味付けがしょっぱいのがこちらの特徴。それで誤魔化してるようにさえ感じられます。カウンターにティッシュも無いしおしぼりのサービスも無し。ちなみに汁物頼んでもレンゲすら出してくれません。え？何が言いたいかって？つまり「殿様商売」の典型的なお店、という事です。本当に美味しい蕎麦を食べたい人はよそへ行きましょう。観光客の皆さんは是非お楽しみ下さい。 Visited after a long time.
