ブ	ブイスとん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニュースで洋菓子屋の強制労働が取り上げられていました。知り合いから聞いた話です。味は美味しいがオーナー夫妻に問題が有り、店の内部は泥沼らしい。こちらのシェシブヤさんもかなりのブラック企業らしく、早朝から夜中までほぼ休憩無く(お昼の30分間のみ)働かせ、残業代は無しで月の休みは6日。労働基準法は完全無視ですね。また、次々と従業員が辞めて行きますが、オーナーは新しい人を雇えばそれでよしとしているらしく、辞めた人間は文句を言わない(警察沙汰には成らない)と言ったそうです。しかし新しいパティシエが育つ前に、仕事内容が酷すぎて直ぐに辞めてしまうために従業員が少なく成りすぎ、高島屋店舗は閉鎖されました。労働時間短縮や残業代支給は考えないと言っているので残ったパティシエはストレスMAX！お菓子の味に影響が出掛ければ良いですね。 Forced labor at a pastry shop was mentioned in the news.
