O	O nlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人がぐるなびで予約リクエストしましたが一向に確定されなかったのでキャンセルしたところ、謝罪の電話がありました。丁寧な話し口調でしたが、予約は確定されてたと言われました。(しかし確定メールは届いてなかったので言い訳なのかな？と思ってしまいました。) その時は諦めましたがわざわざ電話くださったので、後日私が代わって再度ぐるなびから予約して行きました。当日予約通り行くと、前日の予約ではないかと言われました。確定メールの日付も間違いなかったので、お店の責任であると思うのですがそこに関してではなく、食材の関係の事をメインに謝罪されました。食材はもちろんですが、その前にお店の不備だという事を認めて謝罪してほしかったです。ぐるなびや客に責任転嫁してるように感じました。食事の対応頂いた女性スタッフの1人が無愛想な上に、説明や声がけの言葉遣いもラフでとても不愉快でした。最後に笑顔でお見送りして下さった時には、謎にほっとしてしまうほど、こちらが気を遣ってました。明るくてラフなら心地良いですが、この様な感じだとただ失礼なだけのスタッフだなと感じてしまいます。料理やお酒、雰囲気も好みなのでまだ伺いたいですがそもそも予約が曖昧な点と、一部スタッフの対応が全ての評価を半減させており、再訪を悩ませる原因になってます。改善を期待しております。 A friend of mine made a reservation request with Gurunavi, but it wasn't confirmed at all, so I canceled it and received an apology call.
