店内は思ったより広目で席数がある。 肉おぼろ月見汁(大盛)とイカ天を注文。コシのある麺に甘辛い汁がとても美味しい。家の近所にあれば頻繁に行きたい。 1キロとか1.5キロもメニューにあるので大食いの人はチャレンジしてみては?

近くのコインランドリーで洗濯して初めての来訪肉汁うどん特盛(600g)を食しましたが量は思ったより少なめに感じました。つけ汁は濃い目だけど自分好みの味。次回は1kgでも行けそうな気がします。かしわ天も次回はトッピングで追加して食べてみます。

田舎打ちうどん、讃岐うどんとは違う歯ごたえ。でも固すぎず、くせになる弾力で美味しいです。 私の場合、うどんの味がよく感じられるもり、特にかしわ天もりがお気に入りです。 どのメニューも美味しいのですが、なす汁が意外にもこの季節は美味しい。見た目以上にゴマの風味が香ばしさを纏うなすやお揚げの具材、ちょうどよい甘さがある汁がうどんを引き立てます。 駐車場は近隣の提携リパークを利用すれば駐車券もらえます。(写真参照) 土曜日昼、近隣の大人気店より行列せずに美味しいうどんが食べられるのも有難いです。ですが、お客さんはいつも切れずに来店してて、地元でも愛されてると思います。

何年か前から知っていましたが、本日はじめて訪問しました。 秩父で良く食べる田舎うどんを更に料理として引き上げた感じの美味しい麺と汁でした。 うどんは是非、はしめに何もつけず麺だけ食べる事をオススメします。 粉の風味と麺の味わいがダイレクトに楽しめます。さいたま市では数少ない美味しい麺です。 トッピングで注文したかしわ天も美味しい品でした。塩で熟成されてるとありましたが肉の旨味が他食すかしわ天とは別物でした。 最後に茹で湯で汁を頂くと手間をかけて出汁を引いてる旨い出汁の味わいが堪能できます。 リーズナブルでコ・ス・パ最高。賑わってるうどん屋は多いですが基本の麺が旨しでない店が多い、さいたま市で、珍しく満足感を感じるお店でした。
