★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paypayでさいたま市対象に割引があったため行ってみました。久々のがってんでしたがなかにはいると立派なカウンターがあり本格的なお寿司屋さんと遜色ありませんでした。上寿司の握りとビールをいただいたのですがどのネタも新鮮でシャリも大きく食べごたえがあり美味しく頂けました。もちろんビールも美味しく飲めました。
今度はつまみを魚にして日本酒を飲むのもいいですね。
 I went there because there was a discount for Saitama City with paypay. It's been a long time since I was sick, but when I entered, there was a fine counter and it was not inferior to a full-fledged sushi restaurant. I had a handful of fine sushi and beer, but all the ingredients were fresh and the sushi rice was big and delicious. Of course, I was able to drink beer deliciously.
Next time, it's good to use the knob as a fish and drink sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd say it was worthwhile. The sushi here is very fresh and flavorful. I can't say it had the creamiest texture I've ever experience. This is mostly and homage to fresh fish. They don't do much to it to enhance the flavor or consistency. Thus I found many of the sashimi pieces didn't "melt" in your mouth as I've had at more expensive sushi places in the states.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a work event. My company called ahead to explain that I am vegetarian. The restaurant made me a special menu. It was amazing! The food was actually vegan too! This was lovely. There apple juice is also yummy. This place is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a traditional Japanese sushi restaurant.
It's different than a conveyer belt sushi restaurant in the fact that the menu is more traditional, and the atmosphere is quieter and more private.
It's a little bit on the expensive side but with that said everything was great. If you want to try a more authentic Japanese experience I'd definitely recommend this.
P. S. There are some English speaking staff and the tablet you user to order has options for many languages, including English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maguro set, engawaburi is perfect! The best quality of sushi I've been eating until now. They have a really good quality of fish that’s why it sooo delicious compare to other good sushi restaurants I went to before like sushi Zanmai, Itamae sushi, Katsu sushi… I only wish they have more restaurants, right now only have 2 restaurants in Saitama and the only one in Tokyo Ginza was closed :((
