★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 声をかけたが無視。折角素敵な土地なのに観光協会の窓口がこれでは。宿の人は、この辺りは無愛想な店員が多いと言っていた。土地柄をよく表していると言う事？
I called out but ignored. Even though it is a lovely land, the tourist association's window is now. The inn said that there were many unfriendly shop assistants around here. Say that you represent the land pattern well?

湯沢高原のロープウェイなどお得なチケットの販売や電動自転車のレンタルも行っている。
越後湯沢駅周辺の宿の手配もしてくれます。
You can get not only tourist information about Yuzawa, but also pamphlets and information about neighboring municipalities. ‥
We also sell affordable tickets such as the ropeway of Yuzawa Kogen and rent electric bicycles.
They will also arrange accommodations around Echigo Yuzawa Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口の女性の対応が悪いという意見が多いが、私の時はとても対応が良く好感が持てました。もしかしたら交代させられたのか？
私はいつも電動自転車を利用していますが、利用したい人と返却する人がひっきりなしに来るので、電動自転車利用目的で来店する方がかなり多いみたいです。
ちなみにここの電動自転車はバッテリーが強力なのか、かなり長い距離まで走れます。
エコモードと標準モードを使い分ければ、塩沢駅周辺までなら充分に走れますね。

I always use electric bicycles, but there are a lot of people who want to use it and people who return it, so it seems that there are quite a lot of people who come to the store for the purpose of using electric bicycles.
By the way, the electric bicycle here has a strong battery, so it can run quite a long distance.
If you use the eco mode and the standard mode properly, you can run well up to around Shiozawa station.

あと、温泉か何かの割引券や、観光パンフレットが置いてありました。
You can rent a bicycle here. You can use it on the day or make a reservation.
Also, there were discount coupons for hot springs or something, and tourist pamphlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯沢だけではなく、魚沼も含めて様々な宿、施設のパンフレットがありますので立ち寄る価値あります。現地に来てみないと分からない、詳細なマップがあります。スタッフの方は、窓口だけでなく他の仕事もやっておられるようで、忙しい中、いろいろ案内して頂きました。何がしたいとか、どこの宿は何が売りだとか、具体的に聞いた方が良いと思います。公平な情報が手に入るのは嬉しい。窓側には無線LANと電源コンセントがあり、一時的に使用可能の様です。少しだけパソコンでメール確認したいといった事もあると思います。利用者側の期待度に依り評価が分かれるかもしれません。

The staff seemed to be doing other work as well as the window, and while I was busy, I was guided in various ways. I think it's better to ask specifically what you want to do and what inns are for sale. I'm glad to get fair information. There is a wireless LAN and a power outlet on the window side, and it seems that it can be used temporarily. You may want to check your email on your computer for a while. The evaluation may differ depending on the expectations of the user.
