食べるべきオススメの一品（逸品）はヒゲニンニクの天ぷらです?
初めて食べましたが、美味しかったです。
食べた時はニンニクなので、当然ガツーン！とニンニク感が来るものの、食べ終えるとスッと消える。そんな一品でした。
美味しかったので2回オーダーしてしまいました?
またこちらのお店では上善如水の純米大吟醸が置いてありましたので（飲めるのは日本で3店舗しかないそうです）2合ほど頂きましたがとても美味しかったです。
日本酒と天ぷらでのんびりとさせて頂きました。

The recommended dish (special dish) to eat is the mustache garlic tempura ?
I ate it for the first time and it was delicious.
When I ate it, it was garlic, so of course it was guts! The feeling of garlic comes, but it disappears quickly when you finish eating. It was such a dish.
It was delicious so I ordered it twice ?
Also, at this shop, there was a Junmai Daiginjo of Jozenyosui (it seems that there are only 3 shops in Japan where you can drink), so I got about 2 go, but it was very delicious.
I relaxed with sake and tempura.
It was a treat ?

平日16:30頃に訪問。スムーズに入れました。
テーブル席多数、丸型カウンター席のあるお店です。
駅構内にあるので、新幹線に乗る前に気軽に寄れます。
スキースノボーシーズンの、土日祝日になると混んでいます。
舞茸の天ぷら、板わさ、ひげにんにくの天ぷら、へぎそば、日本酒を注文しました。
どれも日本酒にあい、美味しくいただけます。
へぎそばは、一人前で割下をプラスで注文すると150円かかるので注意が必要です。
日本酒は、地元の珍しいお酒も置いているので、訪れた際はぜひ注文すると良いと思いました。
お会計は、現金、クレジットカードが利用できます。
Hegi soba shop in Echigo Yuzawa station.
Visited around 16:30 on weekdays. I put it in smoothly.
It is a shop with many table seats and round counter seats.
It's located inside the station, so you can easily drop in before you get on the Shinkansen.
It is crowded on weekends and holidays during the ski snowboard season.
I ordered Maitake tempura, Itawasa, Beard garlic tempura, Hegi soba noodles, and sake.
All of them go well with sake and are delicious.
Please note that hegi soba noodles cost 150 yen if you order a warishita plus for one person.
As for sake, we also have rare local sake, so I thought it would be a good idea to order it when you visit.
We accept cash and credit cards for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越後湯沢駅使うときは良くへぎそば食べに行きます。
安定して美味しいです。
20代30前半の頃は並じゃ物足りなかったけど、30も後半になってくると並でちょうどよくなってきました。
舞茸天も美味しいです
若干観光地価格で割高なのかなって思ったりもしますが、駅改札近くで超好立地で便利、お手軽に美味しいお蕎麦頂けるのでありがたいです。
そば茶も美味しく落ち着きます
When I use Echigo Yuzawa Station, I often go to eat hegi soba noodles.
It's stable and delicious.
When I was in my early twenties and early thirties, it wasn't enough, but when I was in the latter half of my thirties, it was just getting better.
Maitake heaven is also delicious
You may think that it is a little expensive at the tourist spot price, but I am grateful that you can easily enjoy delicious soba noodles in a very convenient location near the station ticket gate.
Buckwheat tea is also delicious and calming
