釣	釣りバカコイタロウ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7.22 ネギ塩チャーシュー白湯豚骨。白濁するほど炊いてる割に、クセがなくあっさりしているラーメン。正直、よくある豚骨を求めている人間には不満ただ、もう食えないと避けてきた人には朗報そんな豚骨に出会えた日だ。今回食べたのは塩だけど、風味の良い鷄油（多分）がかけてあり、アサリの酒蒸しって思った程。ちょい感動しました 7.22 Green onion salt char siu Plain hot water pork bones. Ramen that is light and has no habit, even though it is cooked to the extent that it becomes cloudy. To be honest, I'm dissatisfied with people who are looking for common pork bones However, good news for those who have avoided eating it anymore. It was the day when I met such a pork bone. シ	シーバスtomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製醤油、と言ったつもりが、醤油、に聞こえたらしい。まぁ、特製醤油を食べる宿題ができたw。見た目味噌のような醤油は、あっさりするする入っていく。チャーシューが厚くて存在感抜群なのにホロホロ崩れていく。近所にあればと思う、普通にうまい店。 I intended to say that it was a special soy sauce, but it seems that it sounded like soy sauce. Well, I was able to do my homework to eat special soy sauce. Soy sauce that looks like miso goes in easily. Even though the char siu is thick and has an outstanding presence, it crumbles. An ordinary good restaurant that you would like to have in your neighborhood.

D	David L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Miso Chashu ramen is delicious, the Chashu slices are meaty with just the right amount of fat to be enjoyable.....and the style of chashu quite different from other ramen shops I have tasted in Tokyo. The broth is rich but soothing, and the noodle is chewy in a good way. Friendly shop owners, the restaurant feels very homie and local. Will come back again!

I never thought there would be a ramen similar to those found in Hokkaido and those that does miso fantastically, but this is the store. I love it that this ramen house uses miso from Hokkaido. I wish after all the nonsense is over, I will try this ramen house before I head off to Haneda and then Hokkaido :))
