N	Nobuhiko Yoshida (Tin999) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン屋・つけ麺屋で、使い捨てお手拭きが置いてある店は珍しいような気がします。好印象です。さらに、店内禁煙のところも大変好印象。さて、ごまつけ麺の並盛を注文。茹であがるまでに少々時間がかかります。中太麺は舌触りが良く、ツユは辛くない担々麺という感じのトンコツスープベースのゴマだれで大変美味しいです。つけ汁は少しピリ辛ですが、物足りなければラー油を入れることも出来ます。チャーシューは、脂身が少なめで、とろとろチャーシューが好きな私には物足りませんでした。とかくつけ麺屋の麺はやたらめったら量が多い店が多いですが、この店は適正な量だと思います。 I think ramen shops and tsukemen shops with disposable towels are rare.
