Y	Yasunobu Yamazaki (SIVA the MAVERICK) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から言うと期待に反して少々がっかりでした。場所は違いますが価格はここよりお安く美味しい店を知っているだけにちょっと評価辛口です。頼んだものは『おまかせ8本』『漬けアボカド』『枝豆』『鶏皮ポン酢』。串の内容は ”トロレバー” ”豚タン” ”ハツ” ”ネギマ” が各2本。全体的に固めの焼き具合で、レバーは火が通り過ぎていて中身がパサパサしていたし、ネギマは肉が固かった。枝豆は茹ですぎていて鞘がぼろぼろになる。漬けアボカドは漬けのタレが濃くてアボカドの良さが失われていた。鶏皮ポン酢はこれは好みだと思うが、カリカリと固く焼けた鶏皮にネギが添えてある感じ。私は鶏皮はカリカリよりくにゃっと柔らかいほうが好きなので、シメに頼んだのにだいぶがっかりした。［ときわ台夕食 ?］で調べてトップに来ていたので期待しすぎたのかもしれません。焼き鳥というかもつ焼きですかね、とりあえず若者向けなのかもしれませんが、濃い味や火加減多めの感じは鳥貴族などと大差がない気がしました。写真は撮りませんでした。 In conclusion it was a bit disappointing against expectation. I like chicken skin more soft than crunchy so I asked for sharks but I was disappointed quite disappointed. I was expecting too much because I came to the top by examining at [Tokiwadai dinner ?]. I guess it's Yakitori called Yubetsubo, which may be for young people for the time being, but I felt that there was not much difference between the strong taste and the feeling of excessive fire than the bird aristocrats. 田	田村慶吾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま何となく入ったお店ですが、いいお店でした‼️ 焼き鳥、とくに味噌味が美味しかったです。また焼き鳥の他にもお刺身とか色々あるようですが、自分が気に入ったのは「塩ゆでブロッコリー」でした。いい色に茹で上がったブロッコリーには軽い塩味かついていて、それだけでも充分に美味しいですが、一緒についてきた特製マヨネーズをブロッコリーにつけて食べるとより一層の美味しさに。あっという間に一皿を平らげてしまいました。もう一皿頼もうかと思った美味しさでした。スタッフさんたちの接客態度もよく気持ちのいい接客をしてくれました。退店するときには店長さん自ら扉を開けて、お見送りしてくれました。是非また行きたいです。 It was a store that happened to be without incident, but it was a good store !!
