味は、好き嫌い別れるかな。自分は好き。 メニューは2種類だけ。 働いてる店員は二人。 店は凄く小さく店内は非常に狭い。席はカウンターのみ。 前行った時、経営者らしき人とアルバイトらしき外人がいた。 味は写真通り濃厚。

最初は表面から食べたんで違和感がありましたが、底から麺をすくい上げて食べるのが正解なのですね。 底にたまった濃い目の醤油だれを麺とよく混ぜ合わせて、背脂と絡めながら食べると、たれの塩辛さと背脂のクリーミーな甘味とが混ざりあって非常に美味しかったです。

背脂たっぷりでおいしい〜!トッピングににんにくをいただいて食べましたが最高ですね。チャーシューも脂がしっかり乗っていておいしい!こってりしたラーメンが食べたい方におすすめです^^ 背脂の量や麺の硬さも言えば調整してくださいます。(写真のは背脂少なめ)

これはラーメンというよりちょっと汁気が多い油そばですよ。 油そばなのでよく混ぜないと味が均一化しません。 ラーメンのつもりで食べると頭が「???」になりますが、油そばのつもりで食べれば最高峰の味に感じるはずです。 とにかく背脂の処理が上手で、しつこくなく脂の甘味が最大限引き出されています。 それが濃いめの醤油ダレと、柔らかめの麺によく馴染みます。 背脂って美味しいなぁ!

歴史は知らず、お腹か減りGoogle Mapの検索で出会いました。チャーシュー麺大盛1350円を注文しました。麺もっちり、スープの見た目背脂湖、先ずはネギにたっぷり背脂を絡ませチャーシューに乗せ一緒にほうばる。塩味·甘味を少々感じ醤油や出汁の風味、独特の臭み(よく動物のって表現)はあまり感じなかった。麺をリフトアップすると「あらっ!!」黒い!そのまますする。最初のあっさりとは別格·····しょっぱ!ここでようやく「混ぜるのね(@ ̄□ ̄@;)!!」を理解。私は混ぜない上層の美味しさと下層のパンチを楽しむ。以上。 後に調べてみると「土佐っ子」と言う当時一世を風靡したラーメン屋さんの味に魅了させられた強者達数名が現在、当時の味を復活させプラス独創を加え営業しているとなかなか興味深いストーリーでした。

初めての下頭橋。土曜の昼時でしたが、素直に入れました。注文はラーメン大盛+玉子。しばらくして出てきたのは、学生時代に環七沿いで見たものに近い。さすがに、丼のまわりには脂がついていませんでしたが、汁をすすると、あの往年の濃い醤油に背脂。懐かしさを感じます。麺を食べて、シナチクですが、シナチクも昔の味を感じました。結局、汁まで飲みきり、満足して店を出ました。夜中に赤色の箸を持って並んだ時代、思い出しました。また、機会があったら、行きたいと思います。

This is the fattest thing I've ever ingested. The guy sprinkled dried up fat on top of the already greasy ramen. I can't recommend drinking too much of the soup, unless you want to clog up your arteries and suffer an early demise. But seriously though, they close at 5 or 6am, making it a great place to end a night out drinking. Otherwise, the place is small so go alone or with a couple friends. The menu is dead simple: you get the basic one or the special one with sliced pork. If you're already there, I can't think of a reason you shouldn't order the special, I mean come on. You can ask for a bigger portion of noodles, either 1.5 or twice the amount. TL;DR If you don't mind putting the diet on hold, this is one hell of a tasty ramen and you've got to have it once in your life.
