K	Keiichiro Kobayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から言えばつけ麺は全く美味しくない。麺は安っぽい味。太いがコシがあるわけじゃなく茹でてグニグニしてるだけ。食感が本当に良くない。そしてつけ汁が表現しようがないぐらい味が悪い。インスタントのコーンスープみたいな感じの豚骨ベースのつけ汁はうまみゼロ。臭さこそ無いものの、箸が止まる感じ。表現が難しいが、なんせ旨味成分ぽいものが一切無い。チャーシューは味がない。下味的なのが無くて単なる肉。硬さは無いがこれも旨味が無い。噛んでても美味しくない肉を噛んでる感じ。バクダンラーメン味噌味は甘い味噌の汁に揚げたニンニクがいっぱい入ってて辛い。食えるレベルだが美味しいかと言われたら普通ぐらい。こんなレベルでもそこそこ評価されるなら愛知県のラーメンのレベルはたかがしれてる。店主らしき人物は無愛想で全く客商売してる感じじゃなくイラつきオーラを全開に出してる。作るのに徹してる訳でもなく中途半端に着席指示等の接客をしている。こっちの顔は見ないし言うだけ。他のスタッフも最小限極まりない対応。なんだかなぁー。 In conclusion, tsukemen is not delicious at all.
