★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飽きの来ないあっさり塩味。野菜からの旨味が、引き立ってます。久々に利用させて頂きました。いつも半チャンを注文。ここの炒飯、シンプルで好きです。
 Lightly salty taste that you won't get tired of. The umami from the vegetables stands out. I used it after a long time. I always order half-chan. I like the fried rice here because it's simple.

姉妹店のカプサイメンさんはお邪魔させて頂いてますが
初訪問です。
お店のスタッフさん、お若い女性の方々でビックリでした。
接客されてる方もテキパキとした接客
岐阜タンメン+肉増量+３辛（個人的に辛くなかったのでもう少しアップでも良かったかな）
主人は岐阜タンメン+チャーハンでしたが
スタッフの方に半チャン２つの方がお得と言われ
半チャン２つオーダー（チャーハンが２つきます）
・・が自分は食べてません。
お味はさっぱりとした少しにんにくが濃い感じでしょうか。
美味しく頂きました。
（誕生日プレゼントで全種類トッピングが頂けるようです（証明書が必要ですが・・）

My husband was Gifu Tanmen + Fried Rice
The staff said that two half-chans are more profitable
Order 2 half-chan (with 2 fried rice)

The taste is refreshing and a little garlic is strong.
We had delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岐阜タンメンを食べたくなり久しぶりに行き来ました。
豚肉の旨みとキャベツの甘味がスープと馴染んで絶妙のバランスです。
麺そのものが美味しくスープと絡ませるとお互いを引き立てる美味さでした。
もちろん替え玉をしてしまいました。
また食べたいと思わせるラーメン屋です。

The taste of pork and the sweetness of cabbage blend well with the soup, creating a perfect balance.
The noodles themselves were delicious and when entwined with the soup, they complemented each other.

関東のタンメンのイメージだと全く違いますが、これはこれで美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岐阜タンメンの店舗ですがメインの岐阜タンメンが無くメニューも変わっていたので改善されたのかと思ってましたが単にまたメニュー開発された店舗に変わってただけで岐阜タンメン食べれませんでした…
メインの岐阜タンメンはどこの店舗でも取り扱わないとダメだと思います！岐阜タンメン食べたいと思って言ったのに食べたくない中華そばを食べる派目になり損した気分でした！
